"Maybe he is on a run".? Then 80 percent of interstate officers are on 'runs'. Take notice of how many officers pass you while you're either doing the speed limit or going over the limit yourself. If you're driving 90+ mph on an interstate, chances are even if you ARE on a run you can turn your rollers off at the exit ramp and I'm pretty sure the perps are not going to see you. Use some logic and stop defending clowns who break the law just because they can get away with it.
my grand father is an a IMPD officer and you can go F*** your self for compairing all of them to that one a** hole who hit that guy on the bike....and FYI there are things call silent runs... witch was probly what he was doing... mind your own buisness next time..
You realize it is part of training and tactics to not use sirens or lights unless needed... if you thought your wife was cheating on you would you go blaring music and rev'ing your engine on your way home? "Yikes"... Glad your more worried about recording the driving.
True officers should not be going this much over the speed limit unless they are on a run. Police officers do not have to run lights and siren on all of their runs. So how do you know that he/she is off duty or not on a run. If he/she is on a run then they go through extensive training to be able to drive this fast and control there vehicles. A police officer can have a lot of reasons for doing what they are doing. So stop being so stupid and leave to people to protect our communities alone!
Even on a run the law does not give anyone the right to drive this fast. Even EMT's on a run to save lives are not givin the right to do this. Police are trained in offensive driving but this is not so they can drive like this. Anything can happen on the road that would be out of the officers ability to control. This is a careless act of endangering other peoples safty and it goes on everyday. I am on the road all day everyday and I see it all the time. Who polices the police?
Ok.. operating a cam while drivin is jst as bad as txting while driving. DEADLY! Also speeding after a cop to follow them is acting for trouble while not obeying the law. Cops think they're above the law cuz they're supposed to protect it bt u think you're above the law by trying to uncover corruptness. Smdh. Nice work. I have filed two formal complaints against IMPD officers speeding. I doubt that it will help anything. My next move is to you my own dash cam and provide the video to the local TV stations. Let's hope that they don't kill more citizens this summer.
