Which one these sentences is correct?
Exercise helps improve flexibility
or
Exercise helps to improve flexibility
I get confused when the "to" is needed or not needed before the verb.

@AnthonyJ74 Actually they're both correct.....not sure if the use of the infinitive is by choice or what..but they're correct I know that much..
