you know that a x-tic repater transform every pulse shorter than x into an x-pulse
(replace x by a number from 1 to 4)
so your system could four time faster by replacing every 4-tic repeater by a 1 tic repeater, and starting your system with a 1-tic monostable.

@Albertweber16 I know, one loop has 16 repeaters, and can be set 1-4 tics.
So one loop can have a minimum of 16 tics and a maximum of 64 tics.
You are limited to the maximum distance for redstone while making this.
It may be possible to double the amount of switches in this system.
