People that can afford health insurance coverage on their own can do so, because in one way or another, much of their good fortune came to them on the backs of those who can't.

Low paying jobs with little or no benefits, help keep costs down for all of us and profits up for shareholders. And now jobs are outsourced to other countries, adding to the unemployment and underemployment problem.

I'm doing fine for myself, but it's obvious that we have a 3rd world country growing within our own.
