As Najwa Karam is a very famous Singer, and the song Atchani has a distinct Indian sound to it, it is possible that Aksar Is Duniya Mein was influenced by Atchani.

Her husband doesn't know about that past.Sunil's character just re-met Shilpa's for the first time since she got married. Akshay's character is also seen trying to mend relations with his step-mother. Lady in white is Sunil's business partner who's in love with him.
