  • I'm not sure what it's called but what he smelled is used to get you jacked to lift, something close to an adrenaline rush, lots of lifters use them.

  • if u get a deadlift suit dialed in it would probably help you lots...because it will get you off the ground where ur not as fast and then your lockout is super strong...
