I need help. First of all, i´m sorry for my very poor english.

I installed ML in my t2i, and I have done a test with my VideoMic rode pro with the AGC off and noticed that makes a noise early on in the recording.

I think that is the T2i to turn off the AGC and do not know if it's normal. Someone can help me?

When you start recording with the mic is from the early silent or make this little sound at the beginning?

Thanks for sharing, David. i also like your portraits on your website. I'm in the process to updating the firmware on my T2i but will probably pass on the Magic Lantern "fix" even though I shoot far more video than photographs on the T2i. I guess I have just become accustomed to the limitations built into the video mode of the camera and have learned to work around or live with it.

"1.0.9" is the version number of the Canon firmware required to install the Magic Lantern firmware.

Focus Peaking- objects in focus are highlighted with blue lines, helps focus if you dont have a viewfinder or are outdoors

Manual Incremental ISO and Kelvin White Balance- the iso's are awesome because it allows you to pick the "in between" iso's that werent available before. Kelvin WB awesome for getting right color temp.

Zebra Stripes: shows over/underexposed areas

I just bought a Cannon T2i in December and changed the firmware Magic Lantern. Once I got over the audio problems I've able to take some really nice video's.

@MrJippaLippa Yes just reinstall firmware and its gone. I would get and try it out I use and really like it. Yes you can disable most of the functions. I believe they do. Hoped this helped

@theerakulchai the best way to reboot your camera is take your battery for a few minutes and it should rest what kind of problems are you having.

About the format part of the video: there is an option somewhere in the menu's where you can select ''Delete all pictures'' basicly this is the same thing as formatting your card, but you still hold your .fir file located at your SD card.

Why don't you use that, instead of formatting your cards after shoot?

@MediaUnlocked I already found it! While in videomode go to > Menu > The fifth menu from the left (the first blue one) > Erase images and it will ask you if you want to erase all, or select and erase some by yourself. I assume the .fir file stays untouched.

I haven't tried it out myself, so Before you try it, read any about this at some forum if you can find something. could you let me know?
