Yummy...Thanksgiving 2010 these were a big hit. Substituted and put in orange zest and maple syrup for an autumn flavor. The salsa was made the day before and it marinated to a much smoother flavor. I Didn't have much luck cutting zucchini that thin, no kai bau (sp?) so used a spinach leaf wrap. This is delicious...hard to get it to the table, everyone gathered in the kitchen to munch while I made these wraps. Thank you AnnMarie and Kevin.
I bet this would be great using Pomegranate too! I like using them because they have a crunch to them remind me of nuts. Great appetizer though which, I'm gonna try. Thanks!
