what can I use to paint the characters?

@ratowar I'm probably not the best person to ask this, as I did not paint them at all, but I know HobbyLink Japan sells a lot of supplies for this kind of thing. The characters a very tiny though, so you would need something that can paint really fine details. That's about all I can tell you, I'm afraid. I'm far from an expert on this kind of thing.

the problem you got with the brown piece and the phite piece is

you need too clean the nub marks

file it down until its really flush

@Mrortue I tried my best to do that, but it's really hard to get rid of those things completely. It doesn't bug me that much anyway. Thank you for the advice though.
