I'm afraid to say, the videoer (Srovets?) is an oxygen thief. Not only has he scared his wife shitless (and her worry was well merrited!), but the stupid twat then drives AND videos at the same time, during severe road conditions. Whoever the poor wife is in this video, I think you would do well to dump this moron. He gives us storm chasers a VERY bad name. Shame on you.
