Your taxes might not increase at all, but even if they did, you would save more since there would be no more co-pays and no more medical bankruptcies. You have to really read up on the issue, since your comment demonstrates you don't understand. Single Payer is everyone in and no one left out. it will cost you less and bring the United States up to world standards. Don't you want the U.S. to be on top?
