i dont blame elvis for doing that if thats what happened. its the most sensible way for him to retire. He is american royalty and im sure some of the money he ranks in is worldwide which means he benefits america as a whole. The government wouldnt mind helping him for many reasons.

I watched a news broadcast from 2006, apparently Elvis is going under the name of his stillborn twin brother, Jesse Presley. They showed a picture of who they claimed to be him at his daughters house, with his grandaughter. So if that was him, and he is alive, then he is spending quality time with his family and enjoying his retirement. If the death by drug abuse was true, then obviously he was having a hard time, so either was he's obviously alot happy now.

I KNEW HE NEVER DID DRUGS! Thank-you so much, you all I can BELIEVE. If he is alive, he has a right to live without being harrassed. He, like so many others (John Lennon) gave so much to the world, that to deprive them of their privacy would be a sin. I never believed John Lennon did drugs either.

However, even I was curious enough to watch your video's, I guess its just that I wish him the best of all if he is alive. Like most others, its hard to feel someone is fine if they don't say!

I don't think that Elvis looked at the drugs that he did as drugs. In an industry where others are doing heroin and cocain, it's easy to look at the same opiates and sedatives that every suburban housewife in America is doing as "medication." Abuse of these prescription medications did not become a recognized social stigma until the early 80's.
