i dont think reverend wright is a very sane or stable figure to listen too.

he sounds like a conspiracy theorist in most of his sermons. although a very small few of his allegations do hold water.

i highly doubt the government created HIV viruses for africa. but he thinks they did.

now as for obama. i think he's capable of change for the better, but i suspect he's running for fame rather than duty.

This is a very emotional and disturbing video. However, I don't hear any lies from either Rev. Wright or Father Phleger. Both are giving us the disturbing truth. We need to correct the problems in the black community rather than condemn the messengers.

Pretty well put together. Should have tied it all in with Obama's quotes on being the better candidate due to his judgment as opposed to experience when he admits all these lapses of judgment in dealing with what is mentioned in the video. Should also have shown Obama saying Wright is an important spiritual advisor and then saying later that he's not someone he exchanges ideas with (I think you did include the latter if I remember right.) Otherwise great.

So the man made a (minor)failure of judgement, he is after all human, so that is hardly strange. What is strange is that he is able to admit the mistake even when running for President. Most politicians will never admit to being wrong regardless of the circumstances.

To deny this country it's chance to have an honest,intelligent, and rational president such as Obama simply because a preacher he has denounced is,frankly, insane.

It's a minor failure of judgment to serve on a board with an unrepentant terrorist and be in the congregation of a racist conspiracy kook for twenty years with no objections? Yes, it's human to make mistakes, but when judgment is supposed to be the issue trumping experience those repeated lapses (not to mention Rezko) are very very troubling. Also, Obama denounced Wright? Yeah, when it became clear that not to do so would cost him the election. There's change you can really believe in.
