  • Well only w ducati you can drive like him!

Others ktm 990 BMW etc etc no!!!!!

    Heavy ant non handling !!

  • serious question. im around 6'4 would this bike look like a little toy under me or what?

  • how the hell are they pulling into corners like that??

  • damn he's good at riding!!!

  • All I can say is this motorcycle brings out the enemy in a movie. can you imagine bad guys chasing good guys with this motorcycle ...... I wish someone would make a movie with this ride in it and in bad guys hand...

  • To back it in the clutch control plays a big part. The rear wheel is not locked up, merely sliding as the bike is banked over under brakes. Also a lot of weight is taken off the rear end when braking hard helping it slide.

  • ohh I would love to have one of these. I wish americans weren't so bloody dumb and road more streetfighters and supermotards. 80% of the kids that buy sportbikes can't even use them

  • Does anyone know how he backs it into the corners like that? Is it rear break pedal, throttle control or both? I would really appreciate any advice from someone who actually knows what they are talking about, I'm anxious to learn how to do this. Thanks!!!

  • @Assjanitor2 I would say he counter steers.

  • .......?

  • @Assjanitor2 He has simply locked his rear tire. He is using his back brakes. The rear tire locks up and skids along the path. With the steering inputs one can make the rear stick out either side based on which side we are turning.

  • @Assjanitor2 BOTH. front and rearf anchors followed by a firm but smooth roll on. dont even try anywhere but a race track!!!

  • Anyone know how he backs it into the corners like that??? I'm dying to know. Is it rear brake pedal, or throttle control, or both? Any info from someone who knows what they're doing would be awesome, I want to learn to do it so any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

  • if you want a bike to roar around on this it .

    great bike

  • 3:57 AWESOME drift

  • Drifting! Yes, Ducati has done it again with this one! My money for 2010's bike will be on the HyperMotard. It shall be mine by spring!

  • the mirrors are placed a little bite strange...

  • thats because they fold in when needed

  • I got mine about a 2 weeks ago. Now i wanna sell my monster 1100s. The HM is simply amazing. Playful and easy to ride. however, windblast is terrible when you hit 140kmh.

  • this guy is so skilled? is he an ex racer or something?

  • ex-racer??!! he is Rube Xaus!!! SBK racer

  • Love Ya Bro for that One

  • Id LOVE to go hyper on one of these Tards they look like proper good fun

  • ill have to buy a used one when i turn 18 lol

  • @MMAKING34

Then start saving hard, the specialised servicing bill for the engine is ...errr...a bit steep.

    So I'm told.

  • if you think that's slow try riding a piaggio zip!!!

  • watch your mouth about my zip!!!!!

    it's still alive since 1997!!!! :D

  • I test rode these out in Angeles Crest Highway in Los Angeles. It's a great bike but stock feels terribly underpowered and slow to respond.

Overall a great bike but personally I found it boring. The great suspension had me feeling detached from the road. Also, it will follow any line. There was nothing I could do wrong. I felt pretty unnecessary.

In order to really appreciate this, you have to take it to a track. I'm sure it would be a blast there.

  • i will have to swop my 916 for one..

  • La prova su strada e' stata fatta in Sardegna , tra Alghero e Bosa ...e la pista e' Mores !!

  • lol xaus was burning the rear :D Cool stuff, love both sportsbikes and sm.

  • Nice drift!

  • lol....they were drifting thaty thing on the track.

  • I'm glad you told us, just incase we missed it.

  • I had to double check, but he's right!! he WAS drifting thaty thing on the track.

  • I think it looks good, I've ridden it and it's ok. If you're into it, it's cool, but I'm more of a 1200 GS kinda guy. But the bike is really cool and good around town!

  • not really a duke fan but i could be tempted by this, although the bikes been out for a while now but ive not seen one on the road

  • I'm sorry, but this is a HUGE let down on ducatis behalf... All fun and games on the paper, but the look.... presenter did not say ANYTHING about the look... i wonder why...

    Its digusting

  • @freshageVI If you want to look good buy a Harley and pose. This bike is is built purely for rider enjoyment.

  • very nice job backing it in! this bike looks super nimble despite the engine displacement

  • it was xaus doin the backing in, not the presenter(neevsey).

  • Man i fuggin love that bike!!!

If i could afford a duke as a motard i would go for gold!!! :D:D:D
