The best Chen's Tac chi that I had ever seen ! Must have practised the form for a long time to be this excellent. The soft and hard energy that harmonised with one another is really difficult to achieved : well done ! I like the way all the movements flows fluently and yet expresses each individual technique clearly. A truly remarkable form and perfect execution.
One can see why tai chi is a form of Marshal art. I think, the Tai Chi concepts can enhance other kung fu arts too. Great!
