Turkeys, chickens, cows, pigs are all so, so sweet, I had a pet pig Alexander on my aunts farm. He knew me, he was nice and caring, when I was a child. I am in excellent health, and never eat meat. It would be like eating a potential friend. Also all the foremost nutritional research is strongly indicating vegetarians live longer then meat eaters and there are so many better sources of protein than meat, lentils, peanut/almond butter, equal or greater protein plus fiber.

I have a pet turkey to.... :) They are awesome pets. They are way better pets than chickens. My turkey we got when he was like 3 weeks old....Maby even younger, and it would be like he would want me to pick him up and pet him. Turkeys are very wierd animals!

He is a BIG turkey,already over 30 pounds, and is a bit slow :-)
