Samsung Launch 2GHz Dual-Core Smartphones 2012! Samsung Galaxy S3!?

Rumor saying that s3 with be revealed with Samsung power house processor, namely, exynos 5250. This processor are set up with cortex a15(performance is 2 times of a9 or more). Yet, this processor are clocked with 2ghz. The most surprising for this processor is it enable a device to run with 2560x1600 pixels. In comparison, this particular processor are way faster than tegra 3.

phone manufacturers forget that eventually its a phone and u need ur phone's battery to last an entire day comfortably enough..most people dont care about high end games..its a primary function of a phone to have a decent battery backup..things like this is literally ruining the market i mean i buy a phone this year and it ends up being outdated the next year..consumer products should advance at a steady state so people dont spend their hard earned money on phones every year..

in 2015 we will be laughing at those specs from 2012, in 2025 we will be laughing at 2020 smartphones and so on, its normal and it is not a suprise to me, technology always will be increasing almost exponentially. In 2012 we almost for sure will see 4 core processors in phones, in 2013 probably 6 cores x2,5 Ghz or those new 3D processors, which should be 1000 times faster than those from 2010( IBM and 3M says so), We live in a very interesting century.

Nvidia quad core mobile Tegra Kal-El processors have already been displayed and made to work in a Samsung Galaxy Tab and they were set to launch in the fall but may be delayed a few months but are still in the pipeline. Having a quad core processor in your Android smart phone would possibly make the world explode.

Hope there's some kind of energy saving feature throttling back three of the cores when idle or doing mundane tasks like texting or making a call.

As far as the next SAMSUNG GS3 is concerned, i don't thing that we need fastest phone than what we have now (Samsung GS2). Don't forget that HIGHER CPU clock means more battery draining. So i think that a duo core @ 1GHz or 1.2GHz (SGS2) is the ideal choice. Remember you are not supposed to hold a whole computer in your pocket BUT a substitute of a computer. Don't forget that android, IOS, Windows mobile...
