I have a problem.. i did the system restore for windows 7 and after that... my laptop runs smoother than b4, my issue is that everytime i turn my laptop on the system restore pop ups saying that my laptop has been restored to this date and time... i was wondering how to turn that off, cuz now it always shows everytime i turn on my laptop.... ty and i appreciate ur reply and the time u invested for me... thank u

This is a great tutorial. IMO, it is the best video tutorial on Windows 7 backup and restore on YouTube. Very clear and thorough. I am using it to teach students in my computer class.

Except you don't cover creating backups. It's a very good tutorial on Windows Restore. I wish you had shown how to backup data as well.
