Believe it or not, I've actually "side cut." But, this was when I got my first pair of Wahl home clippers, and I was experimenting. Twelve years later I realize that I was doing that because I was trying to utilize what was then, to me the sharpest end of the blades and because I had a lot of grease in my hair during the cut. Just my two cents. The barber definitely here is obviously a professional and I am not. But, I like the use of the razor holder here...makes it look effortless.

very interesting way of blending. I always use half a grade in between to start the blend, then finish with clipper over comb or scissor over comb with slightly longer gents hair. I haven;t ever come across this 'side cutting' before but I am most definately impressed and intruiged

The back of his head never got faded properly. work on blending and timing. I know you did it fast cause you were making a video but your showing off your work. Dont rush it. Your razor and line up game is some of the best i've seen ill give you that.

@boricuacutta Until a few days ago I was unaware that it was such a common practice in barber shops these days to add color during a cut. Under closer examination I can see where it may have been applied here but it's subtle in comparison to the videos I've seen lately. Where the end result leaves your hair looking like some claymation.

Str8 Cut...although the side corner behind the ear does not look evenly faded out...it goes from light str8 to bald...The fade in the back of his head looks dis proportioned...a big lump a black str8 to bald...the edge saves this cut and may hide all the fading errors...but fade technique should be worked on

@opinionatorX: I do that sometimes myself depending on how much hair is left on top. If the hair has a lil length, when it is brushed the hair has a tendency to have a few strands creep over the line. U can brush it then take the trimmer to bump those few strands out....leaving a crisper lookin line after it is brushed.....Not sure bout him but thats why I do it.

i am a barber from england and no offence but the hair cut is ok... not amazing...ok the way u push the customer about is terrible and the way u use the clippers is far to rough ... the shape up is uneven around the front and the fade towards the nape of the neck could be better... i wouldnt usually comment but your customer service was terrible
