@ilovebutch19 Not possible. Dame Devon just see's so much of the queen in Blaire she thinks it's a sign from beyond. I doubt she really belived that Blaire was Sophia but freaked out when she says who she is. I also belive that had she not gone to charm school the crown wouldn't have glown on Delancys head causing panic, then the real person who found Blaire as a baby would have sought her out to tell her who she was then the movie would have been alot different.
