I lived in a small town when I was in middle school, we CAN wear almost anything we want... 3 hrs away was the city and there they can't even wear what we wore to their school. My family later moved away to a mid-size town in a different state when I was in high school, there they just changed the school's dress code in 2004, 2 years after I attend.
