This song rocks my socks! It's the very first MIW song I ever heard... I was sad to see it didn't make the cut on Creatures. :( And I talked to Chris about it Aug 1st, and it isn't about a dead ex. :/ He just likes to write songs about this kind of thing. Have you ever heard Black on The Whorror? Well, by your logic, Chris was a policeman investigating a murder, or on Creatures in Scissorhands, Chris was a man with scissors for hands... Please know what the fuck you're talking about.

Meaning That Chris's First GF was doing Heroine without him knowing and one time she did it , and the tip broke in her skin, and the heroine turned to tecnical poison and killed her. but It while she was died , she died with a smile :\ and Chris found her dead in a dark room. u.u it makes me cry when he says Sick as she smiles , one last goodbye this girl she cried so hard :\

@bboybeastie No This is from the album version of When Love Met Destruction. It was released as a full length. But then MIW dropped Masquerade label and then signed to Tragic Hero to release the EP version which was reduced to 6 songs, excluding When Love Met Destruction (song) She Never Made it to the Emergency Room, and this. Destroy Everything was changed to Destroying Everything. We Only Come out at Night and Bananamontana (demo version of City Lights) were released on Creatures instead. ;)

@bboybeastie oh and also, the song When Love Met Destruction is actually an early version of Creatures and Puppets. They used the guitar riffs in the song and put them in Puppets. Then took the lyrics to the chorus and added them to the Creatures chorus. Hope I have given you some valuable info :)
