I have this same fracture on my ankle right now. I'm in a splint for another week than being put into a cast. Does anyone have any tips for itchyness??? I'm only in the splint right now and the itching is crazy! Also, how long til you where able to put weight on it again? Just a question. I had to have surgery, and I'm just really scared ab the outcome :(

I'm into week 3 of mine. Still hurts. I would like to hear from anybody that has gone thru the same as I'm getting mixed reviews. How long before u can walk? My Dr said my fractures were in a good position after reduction in the emergency dept" ouuuch"and I opted for a non surgery process "apparentley it was a 50/50 which way was best". Is there any tips etc Thanks
