  • Just another day at the office. Same old, same old.

  • Up until this instant I thought the coolest jobs were pilot, astronaut, FBI, pimp...what this guy does, Trumps all these.

  • BEST. JOB. EVA.

  • i heard about this job, it just has to be one of the best jobs out there

  • @GOMBPRODUXIONS being a full time test driver is nice indeed, good working conditions, good payment...but what that guy does,i'm not so sure about, those moves are not exactly random and not exactly amateurish...

  • radiator hose could of popped

  • @integraracer94 you fucking tool, its a front engined tourer. learn something about cars before you comment dickhead.

  • And the point of that was...? Destroying a beautiful piece of Italian engineering probably.

  • Its part of pre-production testing, they need to do it to see if the cars safe for the public

  • CLASSIC

  • that was cool

  • *poof*

  • Lol..it didn't blow up..just a hose, you can see the water.........

  • yeah it did blow up in a way or another

    overheated engine=blow hose=no coolant=over heating more=head lift=head gasket gone=change whole engine cheaper than repairing

  • i want to cry

  • wow

  • yes it was

  • or water pump

  • it was a water hose

  • or not

  • Well, there's your problem! I guess it didn't pass the test, lol

  • i think it blew a water hose

  • can someone explain how the engine got blown

  • omg when i was in school we never had that listed for careers on career day...we had fire man police man ect...never driving ferrari till the engine explodes...god damn i wish that was my job

  • Probably getting it above the safety limits. The material in an engine only can take "so much" after all and test driving means they definitely test out where "so much" lies.

  • its called Friction

  • As for the V12 engines, it seems like people are only talking about today's models. The Testarossa was a V12, as were other models of the past.

  • dont't buy prolo ferraris, buy porsches

  • when i saw"don't but ferraris"i though you were an idiot but when i saw that you mentioned porsche...i think you are a smart guy.

  • so how did he get a job like that?

  • do you really want an answer? i know the answer but it would hurt....

if you REALLY want to know just ask, ciao

  • man i wanna that job

  • it hurts my heart

  • it hurts my bum

  • I'm reading this and laughing my ass off. Ferrari's are all V12 with the exception of a few models and those come with a V12 option. point 2: It's not Jeremy Clarkson thats driving the Ferrari it the test driver for Ferrari. He is NOT PAID TO BLOW THEM UP but HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM! He is a test driver, he takes those cars to hell and back. Than Ferrari takes the car back in and rippes it apart to see the ware and tare. Like this video, sometimes they blow up!

    bd

  • "Ferrari's are all V12 with the exception of a few models and those come with a V12 option."

that's THE BIGGEST BULLSHIT" I'VE EVER HEARD about Ferrari!the only v12 on retail now are 612 scaglietti and 599 GTB Fiorano (by the way, that's the name of the test track you see here), while 430 and California are v8 and there's no fuckin v12 option!!last year ferrari produced only 2000 v12 and 5000 v8!how can you say they all are v12?keep laughing your ass off kid!voi americani sapete sempre tutto!

  • well said feb. rrbigdan, since when has a 430 or a 360 or a california had a v12 option?

  • He's "driving" the car like a fucking animal. That's a lot of abuse!

  • "how on earth, do you get a job like that" jeremy wants it, lol.

  • But i think he already have a better one.. haha..

  • yes and u speak perfect colocial english and u live in modena

  • what's the matter with you all?? do you think i cannot speak english just because i live in modena?than surprise: i also speak german!

  • lol yes mate, and you speak italian and yet your 'collocial' english is of a standard only a citizen of amaerica or australia would account to..

your "fuckin" and "shit happens!" is a little bit fair going for a ferrari test driver, i can tell ur about 17 and oh so 'smartly' discoverd the online translators thinking uve fool anybody... fail...

oh, if you still think i'm a stupid american-english kid like you are...alora va a cagher test ed caz d'un sfighè!! (translate this in your google ass-cleaner)

  • you the italians are the best. You have the best cars(Ferrari,Lamborghini...),very nice food, very nice girls, very nice country. You rock

  • haha choke on that clarkson

  • poor 456

  • haha cool job:P

  • that is the coolest thing i have ever seen in my whole life

  • Check my other videos.

  • holy hell...

  • SMOKIN'

  • It's interesting what the definition of blowing up is, by the looks of that all that happened was a blown off radiator hose. What a job though!

  • How the fuck can he blow it up

  • jeez...talk about having one of the coolest jobs ever!!!

  • could some one transcribe the speech of J. Clarckson on this video?

  • The last couple of words were cut off:

"At 14, he got a job in a wood yard so he could drive the trucks. And now, all he does all day long is test Ferraris... to destruction.

How on Earth do you get a job like that?"

  • The thing I really wonder about is this guy's insurance premiums - life, health, automotive... and how insurance salesmen react to his job description!

  • good point, but i dont think they make ferrari's with v12 engines: besides the enzo, i think there only v8's

  • crap, only the 430 has the V8 engine, every other Ferrari being made is a V12

  • Ummmm...wrong-o!!!! Try the 612 Scaglietti, as well as the 599GTB Fiorano, for other V-12 powered Ferraris currently on the menu. Dipshit.

  • Do your research, most Ferraris have v12s

  • no, they dont

  • Are you sure? Because since the 1947 125s inter, 112 of Ferrari's road cars have utilized V12 engines.

  • Yeah, i just realised what an idiot ive been. I didnt mean to post the no they dont bit. If you have a look at my post replying to rrbigdan1, it was supposed to go in there. Sorry!

  • @gottiItalian412 Ferrari makes (and has made) loads of V12s; 612, FF, the list goes on and I can't be bothered to name them...

  • but they blow the engine to see at they have to do to make the engine better.

  • He drives them until they blow up so when YOU buy a Ferrari they will know how to make sure it wont.

  • @gottiItalian412 if they were so great like u say then they couldnt possible blow up right?

but the do there real and they really break so they pay some bloke to break them so they know how to make them better? sounds like a profitable blown engine to me cause now they know how to make it better

  • @gottiItalian412 o and faggot spelt like that not faget

  • its sweet cuz u actually get paid 2 blow up a ferrari engine

  • :-) yes of course something about the engine but what exactly in this case ? Cylinder head ? Engine Block ? Cylinder head gasket ? Cooling system ? And how many time he did this stuff before destruction ?

  • I wonder what exactly exploded ;-)

  • it was the engine.....the V12 with 436 HP.

  • @Pifou41 It looks like the head gasket gave out. Along with the head and probably valve covers. It also could have thrown a couple rods.

  • @Pifou41 was actually the radiator they have a plastic top and bottom tank in that model

  • @Pifou41 ahaha

  • @Pifou41

According to the white smoke , a prestone hose I guess
