@BeStrixed No just do the same, slip the stitch as if to purl and then place the bead, then continue with next st in pattern, and also on return row, you work the slipped st just as the pattern tells you. So it's actually the stitch behind the bead that is the only st in the pattern that skips the pattern right where the bead is. Hope it works out / Lena Drops design

Anything different if working in a pattern other than stockinette?
