  • The only thing i cant fully do, as shown in the video, is the split. anything else can be learned pretty fast if you have discipline.

  • I've been stretching my legs for over a year now but i seem to have hit a wall where it hurts alot to stretch any further passed the point i've gotten to. is this normal and will it pass? thanks.

  • Hey all - if i was you i wouldn't do the side splits to front splits Transition just do them separately, i knew some1 who did the transitions alot and they're knee kept popping out of place, so I do them separately. just figure i'd try to help some1 if your knee's are bad or feel like it hurts when you transition.

  • Only thing useful in this video is his final message about consistency. Like dcrasta said, trying to do this method of split training without already being able to do most of a split would be a direct invite for injury - guaranteed.

  • Good advice JMRG! Try this: 10 minutes of kicks then 10 min. of stretching. Then, 10 more min. of kicks then 10 more min. of stretching. Do this back and forth act for an hour or up to 90 minutes. 5 times throughout this routine hit a 1 minute horse stance. This is a winning blend of conditioning that will develop speed, power, and flexibility! Do it at least 4 days a week!

  • fuck even when im young i can't do this, 16, i muscle teared my rigth leg trying to force myself to do this, listen my advice don't push yourself hard, and not until the top of total pain,

  • @DanielClicbd Yes,bend over two 30 ft pine trees and tie a rope to each,fastening them to a stake.Then take another rope and tie to each tree and one to each leg.Cut the first two ropes (very important,use a friend)at the same time..And you will be perfectly strait! If the two first ropes aren't cut at the same time you might end up in the neighbors yard..

  • @fich3333 no its not..... stretching every day defo. develops the best progress.... do your research.... just cause ppl overdoing it WHILE streching doesnt mean strechting every day is bad...

  • how do thoes kicks help you warm up?..... if your muscles arent warmed up yet its totally gonna pull your mucles... thats a badd idea! and y didnt u do that on the floor?...

  • @evucis1996 those kicks are called dynamic leg raises. believe it or not its suppose to help you warm up pretty quick .its for a situation where its impossible to stretch in time. e.g in a street assault, u dont have to stetch, so you do dynamic leg raises and this puts stretching and defense an offensive manuoevure.

  • you have to lead into everything this guys doing starting off easier working your way to hard he just doesnt show it

  • doing kicks before you are stretched is going to make you pull muscles
