This isn't a stupid question but I feel stupid asking it, so I guess it's stupid... But when you make a menu bar with, lets say 'Twitter Facebook Google+' at the top, do you have to be a Youtube Partner to put actual links on the text so when you click it, it re-directs you to whatever link you embedded on it? Or is this possible to do as a 'normal' YouTuber? BTW, just started watching your tutorials and as a beginner who knows NOTHING about good editing, this is SUPER duper pooper helpful! :)
