Its hard to beleive he's been gone for 12 years now. He was one of the best heels of all time and its so sad his family, and his fans are without him. I watch old Owen Hart matches and just marvel at what a great heel he was. His matches with Bret were some of the greatest technical wrestling matches in history- anyone who's never seen them owes it to themselves to check out their match at WM10 and the cage match they had at SummerSlam 94. Perfection.

I always thought it was so totally wrong that McMahon had made the wrestlers sit in front of the camera just a day after and talk about him, and to think that for alot of them that were closest to Owen, the shock had probably not worn off yet. While i try and think of the good intentions (with Vince McMahon, you never know), i think it was just for ratings. And that is wrong. :( What they should have done was show highlights from his best matches and maybe some of his own interviews.

Ok 1st ppl need to understand Owen and HHH were friends cause at that time the 2 were having alot of matches with eachother DX vs Nation. The two were on the road for most part of that year (1998-1999) and also been seen doing in ring work laughing and joking.

A few years later, Owen Hart used the same move on Stone Cold, and he was left with a broken neck, shortening his career. And even Droz paying tribute to Owen in this video, a few months later was paralyzed from the neck down from a botched powerbomb from D'Lo Brown. It's a dangerous game.

2nd the beef HHH and Brett was due to Shawn not siding with Brett about the "screw job" and how HHH was like if it's what the boss wants and guess what i'm siding with the boss. Ok 1st ppl need to understand Owen and HHH were friends cause at that time the 2 were having alot of matches with eachother DX vs Nation. The two were on the road for most part of that year (1998-1999) and also been seen doing in ring work laughing and joking.

It just hits me how dangerous this sport really is. Yeah, its fake and scripted, but when you get hit, the pain is real. Once upon a time, Stone Cold dropped a piledriver that paralyzed Masahiro Chrono. A few years later, Owen Hart used the same move on Stone Cold, and he was left with a broken neck, shortening his career. And even Droz paying tribute to Owen in this video, a few months later was paralyzed from the neck down from a botched powerbomb from D'Lo Brown. It's a dangerous game.

When I was 13 I remember how Eddie Guerrero passed away. Eddie was my favorite wrestler, and I did cry when I saw all the wrestlers crying. Even though I didnt know who Owen Hart was for a long time, I still have seen his Wrestling videos and all the tributes to him, he seemed like a great guy and athlete. so,

I don't understand why everyone is bitching about HHH crying. What we saw between him and Owen on screen was scripted. It was storyline to keep us entertained. Just like every other feud in WWE is SCRIPTED. It's their "job" so how can anyone say how HHH and Owen felt about each other outside of the ring. I don't for a second think he's "acting" here.
