  • Occupy Buffalo, NY!! Representin!! Shout out to my people's in the street, holdin it down. Fuck these Nazi scum, get em out!!

  • i wish i could go down on lucy

  • It was a failure, every day it goes on the more and more the America people hate them

  • @JPSwissCheese 1/10. Troll harder. If more people hated them, they wouldn't have more people joining them.

  • @JPSwissCheese Then why doesn't every one join OWS? Most people protesting in new york aren't even from the city.

  • Hay, mebbe dat cuntsteetooshin is wirth sumthin afta all! Gunna tayk uh luk now. 2 bad my prufezzerz tole me it was not wirth nuthin.

  • hell yea people, don't give this up.. Remember the Federal Reserve and the banks involved in they ponzi scheme should be the "main" concern.

  • i bet some of those people in those cars just drove down to see it & be a part of it but were too scared to get out and join

  • Is it just me or does RTAmerica seem a little dumbed down? Well I geuss I could see why.

  • @antiemo666777 They might be a bit , reason been is if they come across too radical people might think they are trying to overthrow the movement and government and they might not be taken seriously anymore. So far they have been a very good voice for the revolution, one a small few. It is ironic we are getting some true news from Russian TV. We need people in high places to help get the message across we should thank them for been supportive the fight is against the federal reserve

  • @antiemo666777 It pretty much boils down to the federal reserve riding that evil five headed horse, and the bought politicians, and the big big banks , and corporations like goldman sachs.

  • OWS i'm looking forward to your ONE YEAR old party.

  • BLAST FEDERAL RESERVES TO ASHES!

That way those mega banks' terrorists will lose their very sources of their financial supply.

  • Twisted fool , some one has to take the reins Ron Paul is our only hope. We cannot just run needlessly around albieth we need these protests to change government however we are still going to need some form of government just not near as much. That is where Dr.Paul comes in.

  • @johnnycmajor one man is not the solution....

  • @CityzenJane I am aware of this, Ron Paul however is our best chance to let us help ourselves in all the evil corruption going on. I think he would at least give the people a better voice. We must not give up the fight though, he will need our help and we need his. Dr.Paul has been saying the same thing for over 30 years not waiver on our freedom the Constitution, he is 76 and I'm sure would sooner be at home with his family at that age. Someone has to take over up there he is our best bet.

  • @johnnycmajor not in a million years would he win.... and no he's not getting my vote....

  • @CityzenJane Who else is left?

  • LETS OCCUPY RUSSIA WITH SOIME DRONES STRIKES. FUCK THESE VODKA DRINKEN WIFE BEATERS

  • Maybe Ron Paul could be the leader of this movement.

  • @PaulLayton1102 There is no leaders which is how it should be, everyone leads themselves.

Fuck Ron Paul & his supporters, another politician isn't the solution.

The system must change not the people in it.

Watch V for Vendetta it's a beautiful movie.

  • @twistedfool420 But the movie's message is the exact opposite. A system won't change unless you change the people in it. Corruption is our problem not the system

  • I like what I see...

  • Unions should fuck off they're done nothing to help the working class

  • @acehole7 Indeed. Rank and file workers would be better than a bunch of liberal union bs.

  • google: OWS List of Demands

    Yes, they have demands

  • @TheValkyrie700 "Startpage[dot]com" OWS List of Demands

Google tracks your IP address, linking searches, gmail (if you have one) and unfortunately, YouTube.

  • Of course it was a grand success!!!! 30,000 people marching through NYC!

The very fact that we are involved, acting, demanding, and exercising our rights is a wonderful thing! We are Americans and when our nation is going in the wrong direction, we stand up and DO SOMETHING about it! OCCUPY WALL STREET is our opportunity to exert our power, voice our discontent! Occupy, Occupy, Occupy! Human Rights! Economic Justice! Liberty! Freedom!

    Democracy! Hope!

  • @free4777 it's sad how congress will yield to some tea party with less than 1/8th of these numbers but still bash the marjority who they should be working

  • Freedommmmmmmmmmm cojones!!!!!!!!

  • FUCK MAIN STREAM NEWS!!!!! THEY ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM, OCCUPY AND RT ARE PART OF THE SOLUTION!!!!

  • Has Captain Ray Lewis (Philly PD ret)been released?

Darn... I thought the Bill of Rights guaranteed a Freedom of the Press. Must have been re-written by a top secret panel.

When the government does not allow peaceful rights of assembly and freedom of the press and takes away firearms from innocent citizens such as happened during Katrina you no longer have a Bill of Rights. The govt should not be allowed to choose which rights you get. Your rights are fundamental in the US Constitution!

  • An intense Day of Action, preceded by getting their asses kicked by the police, no tents, no where to go, and marched across a bridge.

Wow! How inspiring! Guess, the rest of the 99% will just hang on to our day jobs so we don't end up in trashy Darfur-style encampments smoking dope and getting our asses kicked by the police.

  • Thank fuck for RT! At least they show some footage of OWS

  • Stand strong...never retreat, never surrender.

  • So was this movement a success or failure? I feel neutral about it.

  • Support and solidarity!

    /watch?v=PgQumRdu7h4

  • Like I said before these corporations are shitting in their pants in order for them to send cops to attack these demonstrators.

  • ''OWS'' POTTESTERS

  • *Watches occupy protester get beat and arrested* that didn't work for the peace loving hippies and it isn't going to work for ows.

  • @Revolution2pointO I beg to differ with you, it did work in the 60"s and they were not all hippies. I was one of them and I was far from a hippie. Just like this movement, it was a divers group. And The War Did End. Study history.

  • I see 3 scenarios A. Occupy protesters give in. B. Occupy protesters+protest=profit? Or whatever it is they wish obtain. C. This thing keeps going until there is a mass awakening to... What's that word again..profit?

  • YOU must be the Change you wish to SEE in the world. (( Gandhi ))

Spread LOVE, Solidarity and Common Sense.

  • Thank you Lucy!

  • You can bet the 'Military Industrial Complex' is profitting from increased Sales of Police Equipment ! The Useless Bastards !

  • Not enough people getting arrested. It won't be effective until you overflow the jails and bankrupt the cities.

  • I hope all the Tents, Sleeping Bags, Rubber Bullets, Pepper Spray, Tear Gas, Gas Masks, Batons, Riot Shields, helmets etc. are made in the USA & not CHINA ? Buy USA made people - then the Jobs will follow !

  • @RedTory59 ...Hear-HEAR!!! 2TRILL...

  • Here's my question(s). For each person arrested, do they get fined? If so, what is the amount?

  • media black in thin country is amazing.

  • Follow Lucy on Twitter! @LucyKafanov She is AMAZING!

  • wait til it snows...

  • Could the reason the police are been so violent be due to the term "occupy" as it is synonymous with an invading military group. I just wonder if the term occupy has given justification for the force.

I just wonder as i cannot see any other justification for the police to do what they are doing, lets see if the military are used in the future.

  • @eyeswideopennimrod its sad to say, or think....but i think we just might see that, and that will not go over well.

  • Just 1 more victory..on a long road for real change!! O.W.S. carry on...

  • I think NY could use another "Miracle on 34th" Street this year.

  • William Lloyd Garrison started the abolitionist movement in a park in Boston on July 4, 1829 or 1831 (?). Garrison stood on his soap box and called for the immediate emancipation of all slaves. People did not take him seriously until they witnessed efforts to suppress him from talking by businessmen from the north who profited from slave labor and slave owners from the south. Then they wondered what he was saying that was pissing them off.

  • Looking at this ugly Joo made me puke in my mouth a little.

Ship her over to the Palestinians. They'll know what to do with this warty whore.

  • @DforDIckhead2100 Just for starters your You-Tube user name i think is a clear explanation of your mentality! for the comment you just made about " lucy kafanov " she is a professional journalists!! something you are clearly not!! we see your true colors Bleeding threw with your rude comments!! some of us here enjoy her hard work & dedication of reporting the truth!! Like O.W.S. their are LEGIONS of us & FEW of YOU!!!

  • These leaders & their hired thugs are so ignorant. They think that they can keep coming back to beat down protesters and somehow will get any other reaction than to give more credence to their cause. If you have a child who wants to address a problem, then you sit down, talk it out, and see what kind of things can be changed. You don't just beat the child and ask them to shut up and not demand things. These people are fighting for their God given rights to occupy, WAKE UP!!!

  • This is awesome! We're living through a very significant time period. Someday students will be studying all this in schools. Anybody still hung up on the civil disobedience needs to read about the Boston tea party.

  • She is such a good reporter, thanks RT!

  • get alex jones off your air ways

  • @dude12nothin yes Alex Jones is a wacko, they should lose him

  • @HeavyMetalCanuck agreed

  • @dude12nothin I didn't see Alex Jones in this clip. Am I missing something?

  • Today I finally decided to join the protest.. In the freezing cold with my thin hoody and my best friend who i convinced to join me, we crossed the brooklyn bridge with 30,000 people expressing our discontent with the current system, but more importantly our unity and power as a whole. As I'm typing this I can still hear the chants in my ear "all day all week occupy wallstreet!" and it makes me smile

  • @takeover08 That is great! Thanks for going out there for the American people!

  • @takeover08 FIGHT FOR FREEDOM. CROATIA (and the rest of world) is depending on you!!

  • I watched the protest streaming live today and it was absolutely a success. Est. 30,000 in Foley Square.

  • Why are people acting outside their selected parameters? I guess you cant prozac everything away.

  • RT should change it's name to the 'OWS Network.'

literally, it's like no other exists anymore... i know the occupy movement is a big thing, agree it's necessary... but did news stop happening in other places in the world? literally the past two months of RT videos have been 90% OWS stuff, and usually about things we didn't know already...

  • @TekkGnostic I thought I was the only one thinking the same thing. Thanks for voicing it. :)

  • 'Occupy Wallstreet' SHOULD have been called 'End the Fed'.

  • @RAMKING61 But its trendy and cute to be dumb... END THE FED is too complicated for some to care...

  • @RAMKING61 Lol, no. The number of anti-capitalists involved in this really says different.

  • @Tsukae The anti-capitalist theme only reflects a misunderstanding about what resides at the core of the problem. But as this moves forward I trust they will become more educated about how the relationship between govt and huge monopolistic corporate entities is the real cause of this gross imbalance of prosperity. The system is unjust.. and I believe Thomas Jefferson would be proud to see action that reflects his famous words: "When injustice becomes law, rebellion becomes duty."

  • @tubeboy8 It's not really a misunderstanding.. Sure we can *un-corrupt* the system for the time being, but a few decades from now it will happen again. As long as humans love money it will happen.

  • @skinnydiprog3r Well a message of anti-capitalism is an indication of a misunderstanding. Most are not as greedy as the 1%. The system has been corrupt for many many years largely due to our unwillingness to take responsibility for who we elect as public representatives. We elect criminals and establishment whores. The system can become and remain un-corrupt if we choose to become more engaged and less concerned with mindless trivial pursuits such as gadgets, sports scores and reality tv.

  • Thanks, RT!!

  • We demand the abolition of the regular army and the creation of a national (folk) army.

  • The force of This is like the civil rights movment

  • WALL STREET IS JOBSLESS THAT THE TRUTH

  • The American Spring !

  • Hey, where's "Occupy Moscow"? What... no movement there in Russia, land of the free, home of the brave? Funny how RT revels in discontent in America, but is absolutely silent about events in its own country.

  • @RedTory59

So far there's none yet. What's your point? They can't report anything outside of Russia, now?

  • That's is crazy nuts.

  • Illuminati wants to crack down on this but no.. Love and light will prevail

  • I'm just waiting for black - ops to start firing at peaceful protesters dressed as NYPD and then the real show begins...

America has a parallel government that rules America from top to bottom..it has its own Army, money and power....its controlling the protest from both sides...it will decide when to start the real civil war in America...

  • Whether she can stop saying "remains to be seen" every few seconds remains to be seen. It also remains to be felt, smelt, or heard.

  • at least we have RT!! thank you!!

  • Why do you keep fueling the Occupation Army! Warn them instead that they're being used by the "CONTROLLER" to create CHAOS. All the police actions are meant to produce the desired reaction - VIOLENCE! And then FEMA concentration camps.

  • I love RT America. Mainstream media has done everything in their power today to demonize the protesters.

  • Excellent

  • None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.

    Goethe.

  • "Intellect annuls Fate. So far as a man thinks, he is free....The revelation of Thought takes man out of servitude into freedom." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

  • we love RT !!
