Pokemon Dream World: Pelipper Race [Part 3]

I need to go to the sparkling sea to catch me a dream world dratini, is there any way to make it easier to go there instead of every other area? I would love some advice if anyone has any.

My computer is like crap when it comes to this game and no matter how good you do, it's impossible to get through the time limit. The Peliper doesn't accelerate as fast as yours and one time, I did it PERFECTLY and after the time limit, THERE WAS 600 MORE METERS LEFT.

Wow its easy for you. This is harder than I thought and I collected all the drops without hitting anything and I still cant get through with a 2 min time limit

When I Didn't remember what Pelipepper was called when I got SS so I called it Big Chin Fat-Ass
