When it was over he strode out of the room, exclaiming that the talking bill had taught us all we ever needed to know about US Government and that he was done. For a fundraiser at my school they are trying to get kids to donate to the JSA comittee thing so they have been playing this song over and over and over again between class periods for the last week. The only way to silence the bill is for everyone to donate and they'll keep on playing it till they get enough money.
