  • DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought this abroad and we got it home and it didn't work.

    THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN UK AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE MACHINE.

  • I actually bought one of these and had five great months of service out of it. Unfortunately, it stopped working and hasn't made a sound since. Altec-Lansing support has been non-existent.
