@joezetank I am in steel drum class at my school, the notes can be written on or sometimes they have transparent stickers with notation on them, it varies from brand to brand or type of pan (lead,bass,cello,guitar,double tenor,double second), I play double second and double tenor, in which the notes fro outside in clockwise are based on fifths, and octave scale degrees (Ab m is by Ab M and that is by C natural followed by E natural then Bb M, F# M, and D natural M, and so on for the left double
