I love Thom Yorke and his work. He is a true artist. BUT I want to give credits to Modeselektor, because well, it is their song after all. And also because they sound amazingly good. They know how to give the right atmosphere to the song. "The White Flash" was already gold, Thom made it 'golder' (is that even a word? lol).

My theory is that this song is about watching a baby (maybe his daughter?) growing up. He says "teeth" in the song and the title "white flash" makes me think of when you see baby teeth coming in. Saying "you have all the time in the world" because she's so young and has her whole life ahead of her. In that sense I think it's very sweet... but that's just my crazy theory.
