  • Any help with connecting to an xbox? Would it be the same as PS3? Thanks..

  • Nevermind, I read your blog and I see that you guys wrote this application. Are you considering releasing it? Do you need capital or anything? DLNA is great but people need to know about it...even alot of hardcore nerds don't even know what it is \ does...if it's marketed correctly and the application is designed with an intuitive UI, it could be VERY successful, especially since DLNA is being encorporated into alot of tv's game consoles, and nas devices. Can I beta test the app? :D

  • Thanks for your interest! Since most of the larger consumer electronic brands are adopting it nowadays, I am positive that the market is on the right track.

This is what we plan to do:

    - in a few weeks time we´ll release the app in the Android market place for public download.

    - For Win Mobile we offer our app for OEM business. No consumer version planned as of now.

Please contact me directly if you want to share more information about your interest and intentions. Thanks!!

  • What app is that on windwos mobile that can act as a DLNA server? I have not been able to find one..

  • Are the pictures loaded in the memory of the devices? so you need the phone to stay on the network?

  • That depends on the DLNA client devices (TV, Console, etc.). Some may cache the pics they load from your handset and continue to play them back after the handset disconnects. Others don't cache and need the handset to be online all the time.

  • @joritter100 what about symbian?

  • Awesome! Never had much use for Java platforms on my Windows Mobile phones before, but I'm definetly going to try this out with Sprint's Titan. Thanks!
