Why do these idiots ask Dr. Paul questions in such an aggressive way, yet he responds with a clear, solid, rational answer. The others watch him with a fake smile as if he was wrong. The more they attack him the more the smoke clears and the welcoming road to liberty shines in the horizon! Ladies and gentleman the bells, flutes and snares of liberty are echoing once again! Smell that grassland and listen to the winds of freedom and justice swirl through the trees of our home land! Ron Paul 2012!

Ron Paul is an idiot. Sure he tells the truth about how we've gotten here, but his idea that the free markets will allow the economies to recover over time shows that he's completely out of touch with the reality of what business will do when their leashes are taken off. He doesn't get, with a bunch of other idiots here, is that for the last twenty something years, regulation has been disappearing and corporate pirates have been sucking money away from the middle class.

How can anyone not vote for Ron Paul? This is the 21st century founding father who speaks on an intellectual level and tells the exact truth. He answers every question fluidly and confidently without wavering. He knows how to save this country and he is working for the people not the corporate interests.
Thanks to liberal policy the world economy is crashing. We must do two things to stop the meltdown NOW!!! Firstly, we need to raise all payroll taxes 10% for one year. We also need to stop (right now) wasteful handout programs like medicare, social security, unemployment,, etc. and lower the minimum wage to $2/hr so we can compete with China for jobs. I will work with Romney, Cantor,Paul Ryan and my other republican colleagues and take immediate action on these proposals. God bless the GOP!
The Country needs a Big Douche and I can’t think of a better man to do it: Dr Ron Paul! @julespost Sigh... the myth of supply side economics in action, people. Here are four little words that completely dispute your erroneous claim that we have less free market now than ever before: COMMODITY FUTURES MODERNIZATION ACT. You lose. I lose. We all lose when regulations are removed.
the housing bubble went on under the watch of hundreds of people who were supposed to be regulating the banks,it didn't work. This idea that federal agencies are going to protect us from harm just isn't true. Having a vote everytime we do or don't purchase something, is better than a vote every 4 years on a person who may or may not be all they say. Free market allows this.We have not had a free market for over 100 years. Our current system is NOT capitalism, it is crony capitalism.
Ron Paul, if you're going against student loans, you're only going to bring out the young vote in America again, because they're going to be pissed that you're cutting their loans. And they'll vote for Obama even in higher numbers than they had in 2008. Nice going. You should have saved the loans thing until after you get elected. Which you won't.
@Intredasting no you're wrong heres why: student loans = debt "free education" = good job. good job and debt = less money. Good job no debt = more money. you can fill in the blanks
@Intredasting RP brings out the vote in young because they are intelligent enough to understand that the current federal student loan program has been the cause of their tuition rising over 400% in the last 10 years. You don't have to graduate college to get a better understanding of the economics involved in the trillion dollar debt owed for student loans. Many young people get this and don't fall into the trap of getting upset when they understand the issue.
@Intredasting Ron Paul is unafraid to speak the truth and apply his ideology equally to every special interest. That fearless integrity that is getting attention and gets my support.
We need MORE fake Chinese honey in our grocery stores! We need MORE mislabeled fish in our restaurants! Did you all know that only 48% of fish in Boston restaurants is mislabeled? I believe, with Paul's help, we can get that percentage up to 90%! C'mon guys! Screw the FDA! Screw the EPA! Screw the SEC! Screw public education! Don't stop until we have a nation of drooling, cancer-ridden illiterates that are so obese and deeply in debt, all they do is pop pharmaceuticals! God Bless America!
@jingledjango The issues you mention are going on under the watch of these federal agencies and you want to keep supporting a failed, corrupt system? If you want to support those who produce good products (food, education, etc) then quit giving government more money and authority. We have a poorly educated, obese, debt-ridden society BECAUSE of the ability of large corporations to manipulate the market by lobbying government agents. Under RP, we would have better, not worse!
I see video replies are not allowed. Too bad. I'm the populist candidate and I answered Ron Paul here r0ecgndv0Zo (paste to YouTube browser to view) -- the bottom line is Ron Paul's solution - liquidation - is n fact exactly the thing that is killing us in this deflationary depression that Ron Paul and the other candidates do not understand -- or at least they pretend not to understand when they talk to us common folk.
Paul is great on many points but he ignores the fact that if you leave the market to regulate itself it will be the biggest fish in the pond eating up all the small fish. The big fish mind you being the private sector which he is suppose to champion. Corporations need to be put in check for any of his plans to possibly work in the real world market.
@jmopnyc this is why RP mentions the difference between crony capitalism and the free market principles found in true capitalism. BIg difference. Big corporations own the government and lobby them and get laws passed that favor them and weed out good and probably better smaller companies who most likely produce a better product. Regulation isn't the savior you think it is.
I dont think we have time to talk about this anymore. People need to organize and take down this fraud thats being slapped in our faces. Its obvious they dont want the american people to vote honestly. This is treason by all mainstream media and outlets that defy the people the choice of who to vote for. You can ask most people in the streets whos running for the primary, and they never heard of ron paul. This is crimminal behavior and should be dealt with directly. There is no hope for america.
I was particularly annoyed by the woman who asked how education could be achieved without the fed student loans. He then destroyed the concept by pointing out what an abject failure it has been using HER figures. These people are so thoroughly inculcated in the status quo they cannot *conceive* of another system -like when I went to college. They just don't think there is any other possibility than D.C. "providing opportunities" (stealing from others and meddling in every aspect of life).
@maxfirepower I think his point sounds good but education by definition is parasitic And private college aren't held to the same standards that result into poor performance. You can have funding loans, grants etc accept they need to be restructured and have a specific plan for growth. which at the moment there just throwing them out there.
@blueiguy1 I don;t understand how education is "parasitic" unless you mean by reason of receiving tax-based support, (??) I also don't understand what you mean about private colleges. The same accrediting organizations review public and private institutions alike (maybe you are referring to "Bouffant School of Hairstyling" or something like that).
@maxfirepower Not exactly. Private schools like Duke and other upper level institutions are great ,but many are not held to the same educational standards and practices, recruiting, financing Etc. Not to mention they get access to government money without fitting certain requirements. My University get a tons of students who transfer from private schools due to there worthless degrees. And by parasitic and meant that in reference to how some libertarians see it.
@blueiguy1 Well, again, the problem then, can be laid to government. The Federal Student Loan pgm, PELL, VA etc. are the ones who set the standards for which accrediting agencies they will accept when financing students. Students attending schools which do not meet the accreditation will not receive Fed. aid. It's that simple. It's not like they don't meet the requirements and get Fed. money anyway. If the standards are too low it is due to gov't *accepting* low standards.
@maxfirepower Further, students transferring from private schools giving "worthless degrees" as you say, is evidence of the free market in action. If institutions were not buoyed up by artificial injections of money from a gov't source (you 'n' me) the good schools would survive and the crappy ones die a natural death as would banks who broker the federally guaranteed risky loans to unemployable graduates.
(OTOH, If we'd stop picking worldwide fights we could send everybody to college.)
@maxfirepower Yeah I get Pell grants and maintain a good GPA , attendance, and have a steady set path. Meanwhile the same grant goes to someone whose goes to Community college for one semester then drops out and KEEPS the money. Makes no sense. Private colleges (as well at state) are getting a steady stream of cash that nobody competes for and have no incentive to be cost effective.
@blueiguy1 As a famous man once said : " I feel your pain." I went to school (decades ago) with a guy who was in the now defuct CETA pgm. His schooling -including pencils and everything else was paid for by the gov't because he had been in PRISON for selling dope. I on the other hand, financed my own school because I didn't need "rehabilitation". He did graduate but I still have a sense of injustice about this kind of thing -just like the tax system. The irresponsible are rewarded.
I am gaining so much passion and respect for Ron Paul! I guess when the general population hears him they think he is too radical..... well, truth be told he is the only one with the courage to tell it like it is. He has the experience, the knowledge AND the backbone to not sell out to the lobbyists, the media, or the System! He's got my vote!
WHY are they acting like they are so stupid?! RON IS RIGHT! No one else addresses the problem just offering a band-aide for the effect. The rest are politibots reciting ridiculous rhetoric just to get them elected, never with real answers like Dr Paul! Down size government give the control back to the people, let the free market balance itself, create competition driving prices down and quality up. I get it, why can't they?
Ron Paul WILL win, and it is ONLY the media, and lazy people that do not want to get their information from unbiased sources that will vote stupidly. And if he didn't win, time will only make him look better and better, and eventually we will have a leader like Ron Paul, because we will finally have no other option (unfortunately). Stupid people suck.
Time is no longer on our side, this is the pinnacle of politics right now. its a do or die situation. We can not continue going down the same road, america will be destroyed in less then 4 years. Its now the time to revolt against the system in ways they have never seen before in history. OWS is just the begining, we need to support them and grow this movement larger then ever, and eradicate washington of the scum who have ruined this country, Start with the FED
@kernelwars Are you trolling? Or are you incapable of understanding the english laguage? Government causes prices to go up and thus makes it more difficult for the poor.
Here's a good way to get your democrat friends to vote for Ron. In Michigan you don't have to be a Registered Republican to vote in the GOP Primary. Tell your democrat friend "Everyone says Ron can't win so need to help him win the primary. I'm sure you'd feel better having Obama go against Paul rather than Romney or Cain." Help the democrats sabotage the primary in Paul's direction.
So teapublicans just want education to be accessible to the rich? And what about the middle class, poor? This is an outrage against the average American. They will see the result soon. Control women body, vote against jobs, provide more money to the billionaires and to top that take the dream away from the students for a better future and oh privatize social security? wow Republicans are out of control. Americans will not tolerate this outrage
@Kernelwars No, you are correct; Americans will not tolerate the outrage of their wealth being stolen by bureaucrats much longer. It is time for those who desire goods and services to pay for them by their own labor.
This "education for the rich" is crap. I worked for $2/hr. and saved my own money to go to college and was the first generation of my family to do so. My brother did the same. We were not "rich" but we were determined.
Mr. Paul is the only qualified GOP candidate . He never waivers from his beliefs. He is unflappable in a debate. He has common sense original ideas and doesn't flip flop on issues depending on how many votes it will get him.
He may not have a chance but I'm voting/donating to him anyway. The more support Paul receives in the end the better. It's a statement. It will probably be Romney and Obama in November and who knows what cook will be Romney's VP... I tend to think Obama will edge out Romney with or without my vote, which is fine.
All this guys are a bunch of copy cats!! It is disgusting to see Romney, Grinwich, Cain, Perry, Bachman and the others talking that the problem is the FED, the Bail Outs, Ben Bernankes decitions etc. you know that they are liars because in their actions all of them vote for TARP they supported the too big to fail theory and they receive donations from Investment Banks. The only who had concistency in his message and was courageously enough to speak the truth meany years ago was Ron Paul!
THIS HONOURABLE MAN WILL NEVER WIN HIS TO HONEST, AMERICAN WANT A LIAR NOT SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS THE TRUTH. AND THE BIG CORPORATIONS OF THE COUNTRY MIX WITH THE ISRAELI LOBBY WILL NEVER LET HIM PASS

@MrLukasWilson Newt knows what he is talking about in every area as well. I love Paul too. He is a good standup guy and loves this country. I don't think Rick Perry even had a plan when he arrived in this campaign. I am a Texan and am quite ashamed of him. He's making all of us here in Texas look really bad. Paul is great on many points but he ignores the fact that if you leave the market to regulate itself it will be the biggest fish in the pond eating up all the small fish. The big fish mind you being the private sector which he is suppose to champion. Corporations need to be put in check for any of his plans to possibly work in the real world market.
jmopnyc 3 months ago

There is no hope for america.

the system wont allow Paul to win, because it cant control him. Look at how he is shuned from mainstreet TV

"providing opportunities" (stealing from others and meddling in every aspect of life).
maxfirepower 3 months ago
@maxfirepower I think his point sounds good but education by definition is parasitic And private college aren't held to the same standards that result into poor performance. You can have funding loans, grants etc accept they need to be restructured and have a specific plan for growth. which at the moment there just throwing them out there.
blueiguy1 3 months ago
@blueiguy1 I don;t understand how education is "parasitic" unless you mean by reason of receiving tax-based support, (??) I also don't understand what you mean about private colleges. The same accrediting organizations review public and private institutions alike (maybe you are referring to "Bouffant School of Hairstyling" or something like that).
maxfirepower 3 months ago
@maxfirepower Not exactly. Private schools like Duke and other upper level institutions are great ,but many are not held to the same educational standards and practices, recruiting, financing Etc. Not to mention they get access to government money without fitting certain requirements. My University get a tons of students who transfer from private schools due to there worthless degrees. And by parasitic and meant that in reference to how some libertarians see it.
blueiguy1 3 months ago
@blueiguy1 Well, again, the problem then, can be laid to government. The Federal Student Loan pgm, PELL, VA etc. are the ones who set the standards for which accrediting agencies they will accept when financing students. Students attending schools which do not meet the accreditation will not receive Fed. aid. It's that simple. It's not like they don't meet the requirements and get Fed. money anyway. If the standards are too low it is due to gov't *accepting* low standards.
maxfirepower 3 months ago
@maxfirepower Further, students transferring from private schools giving "worthless degrees" as you say, is evidence of the free market in action. If institutions were not buoyed up by artificial injections of money from a gov't source (you 'n' me) the good schools would survive and the crappy ones die a natural death as would banks who broker the federally guaranteed risky loans to unemployable graduates.
(OTOH, If we'd stop picking worldwide fights we could send everybody to college.)
maxfirepower 3 months ago 3
@maxfirepower Yeah I get Pell grants and maintain a good GPA , attendance, and have a steady set path. Meanwhile the same grant goes to someone whose goes to Community college for one semester then drops out and KEEPS the money. Makes no sense. Private colleges (as well at state) are getting a steady stream of cash that nobody competes for and have no incentive to be cost effective.
blueiguy1 3 months ago

He's got my vote!
dokde9 3 months ago 6
WHY are they acting like they are so stupid?! RON IS RIGHT! No one else addresses the problem just offering a band-aide for the effect. The rest are politibots reciting ridiculous rhetoric just to get them elected, never with real answers like Dr Paul! Down size government give the control back to the people, let the free market balance itself, create competition driving prices down and quality up. I get it, why can't they?

@capturenowmedia You are spot on my friend!!!
GrabYourKankles 3 months ago
Ron Paul WILL win, and it is ONLY the media, and lazy people that do not want to get their information from unbiased sources that will vote stupidly. And if he didn't win, time will only make him look better and better, and eventually we will have a leader like Ron Paul, because we will finally have no other option (unfortunately). Stupid people suck.

@GrabYourKankles

Government causes prices to go up and thus makes it more difficult for the poor.
arion45 3 months ago

Kernelwars 3 months ago

@k3w1b3an5 You got that right...
longof99 3 months ago
He may not have a chance but I'm voting/donating to him anyway. The more support Paul receives in the end the better. It's a statement. It will probably be Romney and Obama in November and who knows what cook will be Romney's VP... I tend to think Obama will edge out Romney with or without my vote, which is fine.
ascender816 3 months ago 3
@ascender816 Just think if everyone who said, "He won't win" would vote for him!!

He is the only one up there that actually sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Its great, and I can't believe rick perry forgot his own plan, amazing.

@MrLukasWilson What plan? :P
Alieaz 3 months ago
@MrLukasWilson Newt knows what he is talking about in every area as well. I love Paul too. He is a good standup guy and loves this country. I don't think Rick Perry even had a plan when he arrived in this campaign. I am a Texan and am quite ashamed of him. He's making all of us here in Texas look really bad. We are not all this uniformed politically. Regards.
