Occassionally, Akuma may fight someone with the amount of power that he has. Kenshiro fights murderous demons with the strength, speed, and skills of a thousand men on a daily basis. In the hot, radioactive, post apocalyptic desert. SF is just a bush league compared to the world in Hokuto No Ken

So few people realize that the opening to Hokuto no Ken is a song about love. Too many of them just consider HnK to be an ultra-violent manga, when it's a manga that begs you to be just, to protect and cherish your loved ones, to live your life to the fullest, whatever it takes.

It almost feels like he's inherited Hokuto Shinken for the sole purpose of protecting/getting back Yuria. It truly is moving in its own rite.
