The Dome of the Rock sits on the Northern end of the temple mount. That is where the Roman Anontine fortress used to be. The Al-Asqa mosque is on the southern end of the temple mount.

The southern part of the temple mount is where both the original (Solomon) and Herod's temple (2nd temple...destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE) are located.

The temple needs to be built, and quickly. Whatever needs to be done for it to be built needs to happen fast. The Muslims do not want to to move the temple, and will have to endure what will happen if the mosque is not moved. A fire is being stirred up. I advise that a decision be made, and quickly.
