At first I thought: this is shit. but it actually came out nice, I admire your creative taste. Just one tip, begin with taping the board for the background colors. In that way the background shapes become sharper and straighter.

yea its all goods if u want 1 for yourself cause that probably took like 2 hours. But I want 2 start my own skateboard deck business. I think what il do is cut a pattern out of a blank deck then mix the colours up for each deck. that way it will probably take 5 mins per deck.

The adhesive isn't as agressesive, so it kind of just sticks lightly, just use it and you'll see why haha

No, it's to remove the paint/design/laquer that the board is sealed with so that he can prime directly onto the timber and then paint onto that.

YEah it can I did this with a board that I wanted to give a completely different design too, But I didn't put a thick enough coat of paint on so you could still see the graphic through the paint. So I would recommend putting a somewhat thick layer of paint on the board
