  • Cute salamander/newt. I usually catch Slimy Salamanders, those guys secrete a glue-like substance from their skin when threatened, hence the name lol

  • the salamanders around here are bigger, and they have BLUE tails! they are so cool, and our newts are fat, And orangy-goldish colors. they are soo coool, and i found a baby salamander, he was soo small and cute, a bit smaller than that one.. (blue tailed) in on my broom that was outside, and i let it go where we usualy see salamanders, and i saw him yesterday, hres doing good, im a animal freak, i tell ya!

  • i dont think so, but you should still wash your hands and such after handling any reptile or amphibian

    no but dont touch them with dry hands its bad for them
