And this is the only Dance Place routine I've ever seen with questionable costume/song choice.

their teacher picked that out beacause its like southern i guess you can say. they r supposed to be chaps. the reason why they rnt connected to the leotard is because then they couldnt be so flexible. all their moms were fine with it too

i was in competition at the studio at that time. i still do go but im not in competition anymore i only take 1 class now thatsprobably why

Ya I agree I dont like the bottom part of those costumes. Maybe if they take the pants of it would look ok. But the tops are cute.

Sooooooooooooo sad! Yet again we have a group of amazing dancers with a teacher who does not know how to pick appropriate songs and costumes to showcase their talent at an age appropriate level. At least the song is mostly appropriate. Whoever thinks that talent means maturity is sadly mistaken. What are we teaching our kid with dance moves and costumes like this?
Just something to think about since it reflects on your studio and the choreographer in a negative way. :(

EXACTLY! oh my gosh they are SOOOO incredibly talented but what are those costumes? First i thought it was a full body suit. Then I realized that some are showing soem stomach. Then at 1:47 i saw the girl cartwheeling and realized how the pants. oh my gosh! i must say that they're SUUCCCHH gifted dancers but thsoe costumes are too...mature

What are these porno chaps with frills on eight year olds!!! Hideous, POOR TASTE! Who could possibly think that was appropriate. Really, some of these people who become dance educators. there needs to be a real system.
