there was some seriously high expectations for this game I remember, the hype was so huge and rightly so cos original far cry was an awesome game! my favourite game ever. Unfournately this game did not live up to the expectations, but nevertheless it is still a great game, fun to play, plenty to explore, amazing visuals etc. shame it does have a few glaring flaws.

they're playing on there designer pc's wich is aloooot faster than normal pc's that we have, so they probally make it too realistic for normal pc's to run it. so they gotta scale it down in quality.

The graphics are just as good it just depends on your settings really. Like I can run it so the game looks like this. Some computers, like mine, can run it so it looks better then it would on the console. Any game in my opinion should matter about gameplay before graphics. I have only had a few games that I could not stand to even look at though *cough* Battle Field 2142 *cough*. What I am saying though is that it really does look like that in the final outcome, it just depends on your settings.

I just received thegame today for my xbox360 and it's fcking brilliant! I love the graphs, this vid is pretty poor. I play on easy atm and you will get in situations where ppl from all directions fire at you so it's not VERY easy on easy but u got 4 diffrent types of settings, so you can make it pretty hard for urself. If you think about buying it BUY IT. I was addicted to GTA4 before this but I think that game is gonna collect dust for a while.

Crysis was great when I first played it, but I often got too caught up optimizing and trading off graphics options to get the best performance to really properly enjoy the story line. The best part of Crysis was the level where it goes all zero gravity in my opinion. The best part of Far Cry 2 is like the entire game, so you can see where we come from (Bigshotpball and I)
