No. It's a piece by the pianist Giovanni Allevi I believe. Her SP this year is a tango.

Cool, because this performance was sincerely bad, cause all the jumps it wasn't complete; the triple lutz for double lutz, double Axel for single Axel...and more; but the footwork is really nice; and the speed awesome.
