2nd. The 20th Simple Study by Brouwer isn't just easy stuff, you got to own it in a very particular way, otherwise you're just messing around with it

3rd. Hammett,s playing is monotonous and almost always plays around pentatonic scale. Nothing wrong with that in the context of Metallica, but still, the verdict is: Monotonous!
