i'm sorry , i'm stunned , 140 bhp from the minis stock engine ? that is so cool. this summer i want to buy a wrecked mini to restore it and i want to keep the original engine but i want it to be a lil faster . if you could please tell me what kind o supercharger and how much did it cost , i would apreciate it :D . Thank you.

Yes 140BHP from a stock block and box. Engine was upgraded with 18cc dished pistons, mild cam, head work etc.

It was an Eaton M45 Supercharger, from the BMW Minis.

The engine/gearbox full rebuild and charger kit fitted was about £6k GBP.

im buildin a supercharged 1 at the min cant wait 2 get it out, the kit is £1400 complete but if ur good with your hands you can build your own manifolds and do it allot cheeper :)

It was awesome, best thing I ever did to a car. I sold the car after 9 years of ownership two months ago.

The car is heading out to Australia early next year.
