  • Italians probably did more in terms of Invintiveness and Creativity rather than Crime....and atleast the crime is Organized... they arent like these street thugs who run around waving colored rags and shooting eachother over it..with their pants hanging down to their knees and selling crack right out in public putting their community in jeapordy....italians keep their communities safe.

  • Just make sure all the peoples come here LEGALLY. Proud to be Italian.

  • love italians

  • Italians are not just mafia, we are teachers, doctors, lawyers, Chefs, Mechanics, Engineers etc. Italians: epitomise ingenuity of mind, inventiveness of ideas, creators of art, poets of language, beasts of sexuality, and last but not least ROMAN in courage.

Italy is the future, like Brazil.

  • Lissidini shake your hands with italians american friends with which you were fighting...we are all italian and we have to live in peace, Good Blees you boys and thanks for all you did in the name of Italy...we love you.

  • Lissidini i'm italian and i'm happy you're proud about your heritage but i0ve to say being italian is first of alla a culture.

Well, italians american are more italians than argentinians bc they lived in a anglo-saxon lands and were discriminated so they were obliged to live in the little italies for 50 years marrying others italian, while in argenitna they found often a similar culture: the spanish so in a few times they were completely assimilated.

  • Hello everybody. You know what?

Being Italian, it is not just the matter to be born in Roma, or in Venezia, Firenze etc. etc. etc. ... not, being Italian it start first of all in your mind, in your brain, in your feeling. If you are born in Argentina, USA, Brazil and so on, it doesn't matter, you feel Italian, then you are one!

Never forget from where you come from, where our ancestors were... the Ancient Romans, be proud and conscious of your past, your presnt and your future.

  • Loll.

    Everyone add and subscribe me

  • to make this video short, it's saying we italians are better than any other race.

  • si' perché quando si dice che si é italiano, i babbi americani pensano subito della mafia.

  • cup of cwafeee

  • cheers cheerio mate fat bastard bloody hell wanker duckhead ! :) loooooooooooooooool

  • merry christmas buon natale tutti everyone !

  • because us italians found your country and a good population live in your country...we in vented everything my friend...ferrari,lambourghini,maseratti the finest food the most beautiful women....VIVA ITALA !!!!!

  • bel video... italiani a Los Angeles, fatevi sentire!

  • salut a tutti, da gino

  • hellas719,you sound like a real asshole. You are so full of shit it is coming out of your ears. You prejudiced SOB.

  • Italian Americans are so fake. A lot of them are criminals. 99% of them can't speak Italian, never have been to Italy, and don't even know where Italy is located. So Italian Americans, don't even go there. Take some time to learn about Italy and learn Italian. Then talk.

  • You for get,the culture is still there. How would you know of Italian Americans and what they know as far as there history, and if there are Italian Americans that can speak Italian?

    Are you some Anglo-Saxon jealous?

  • No I am not an Anglo-Saxon. I'm just saying that I know many Italians and I am friends with some of them, but they always get on my nerves, when they talk about how much they love being Italian, when I have known them my whole life, and they don't know Italian, haven't ever been to Italy, 2 of them have criminal brothers. 1 of them has a dad in jail.

  • i think all italians are proud to be italian...i dont see why they wouldnt be...great food beautiful women the cars...i think its only right to be a LOUD MOUTH PROUD ITALIANO!!!

  • What culture?! Language is culture! If eating spaghetti alla marinara makes somebody Italian, then the whole world would be Italian...

  • EXACTLY MY POINT

  • i was born in sicily and i have alot italiansamericans friends in new york and it s true they never been in italy and they don t speak italian but they keeped the real tradition becose theyr grand grand parents left that to them

  • I remember asking some Italian Americans one day who they thought the greatest Italian writer was. Did I hear Dante Alighieri, the father of the Italian language? Did I hear Francesco Petrarca, the father of the sonnet? Giovanni Bocaccio? Umberto Eco? Nope, I heard Mario Puzo. Most Italian Americans are about as Italian as Pizza Hut... and this is coming from someone who was born in Italy, just like yourself. Thank god I'll be going back next year.

  • so a real italian for u is somebody that has school knoledge i was born in sicily and is really poor island and all the italian american i know come from sicilian family what s wrong if they say mario puzo that s the sicilian culture

  • Except Mario Puzo is not a Sicilian.. and neither are your friends. Also, just because you come from Sicily doesn't mean you have to be uneducated or poor. I'm from Milan, in Lombardy, and I know people there that are in pretty destitute circumstances while I have some friends from Palermo that are very wealthy and educated. You're only accepting the stereotypes that some Northern Italians (not me, though) dish out if you claim being Sicilian as an excuse for not knowing who Dante Alighieri is.

  • hey that comment was me i used somebody els account hight

  • cant speek italian?o.k italian-americans may not speek italian but most of them do becuase america is little italy mate...and were not criminals apart from the mafia...but america is shit scared of the mafia...so shut ure fucking mouth...BE PROUND SAY IT LOUD!!!!

  • if you are interested check out michael's basement it is my dad's documentary enjoy!!!

  • Albert "Mad Hatter" Anastasia!!!

  • Oh, i Forgot Joe bannanas, Joe Valachy, Big Joey Massino, Joey Aiuppa, Anthony Spilotro, Sam Giancana, Carmine Galante, Sonny Black Napolitano, Sonny Red Indelicato, Lefty Ruggiero, Big Trin, Frank Nitti, Peter Gotti, Carmine Persico, Oh Maddonn'. all this Guy are the true god italian american, not the fucking asshole and the counst of we can see in the video, :) MAFIA 4EVER!!! lol

  • Vito Genovese, John Gotti, Carlo Gambino, Al capone, Tommy Lucheesse, Lucky Luciano,Joe Masseria and Frank Costello are good goombas, they deserved open doors in the heaven :) lol

  • brazil 26 million italians

    argentina 20 million italians

    usa 25 million italians

  • Theres more Italians in Brazil and Argentina than the USA....Plus you forgot to add that most Italian Americans mix with the Irish and worst..The Irish who say their Italian and are not Italian..

  • I'm 78% Italain my Dad and his family is from Naples.

  • End credits: "Fank" Sinatra! LMAO!

  • this is gay...it just shows stereotypes

  • Complimenti, nice video thanks for sharing.

  • you forgot the most important religious italian american ever

    father guido sarduchi

  • stupid...goodfellas74 is right

  • Thank you, italianstallion7777 can't have anyone bad mouthing Italians and Italian Americans, not on my watch.

  • ok, I'm Guido, well, my last name is Guido, I was born Near a small city in Mexico called "New Italy" in spanish "Nueva Italia"

I know my mom is of italian decendance, what I dont get its whats with the Guidos?

why are they so famous? is it good? or bad?

could anyone give me a brief explanation?

    Thanks in Advance

  • Hi,i had no idea that Mexico had a New Italy, you learn something new every day,but to answer your question Guido is a sterotype name for italians like juan and jose are for mexicans, sometimes Americans called italians Guido, like to say we all look alike,so most of the time it was a bad thing to be called Guido,so you're a mexican italian?I would like to learn more.

  • yeah, and there is another colony in a different part of Mexico where they speak Italian, Not spanish but they all speak italia, its in Chipilo Puebla.

that area also has a lot of germans due to the volkswagen fabric that the germans established there, but yeah, my moms last name is GUIDO, which came from my grandma Isabela Guido who was first generation mexican-italian, or italian born in Mexico among many other italian families. is it still a bad thing? because I see nothing bad about it..

  • Nothing is wrong with your last name, you should be proud because it's the name of your family, only in the past Americans called all Italians guido because alot of italians first name was guido, but most modern Italians don't use that first name anymore.I took a look at your page,I see you have alot of nice looking young ladies,I live in losangeles and we have alot of mexicans,I have never seen Mexican girls that look like the girls you have in mexico, with blond hair blue eyes? and great bodies.

  • unfortunately, in Mexico racism is very strong, white mexicans discriminate other mexicans, or rich mexicans which tend to be mostly white or mixed, the mayority of mexicans you see in LA are the low class, poor and many uneducated ones, those mexicans are usually of Indian decendance, thats why most of them are dark, short etc. the ones we have here , well we still have many of those, but also many mixed, white, japanese, korean, chinese, lebanese, jewish and there are even black mexicans.

  • It's nice to see you have such a healthy Italian population in Mexico,i saw chipilo on youtube you are right all italian speaking italian it was very strage for me to see that,I never thought of Mexico as being a culture mix like that,I could see why Mexicans like yourself will never move to the United States you have some really nice places.

  • its good to see that you are really mature about it. a lot of people just think we are all the same, I'm not racist but I do believe we should know how to differinciate eachother, I like multiculturalism, Just type: White mexicans, africanos en Mexico, barrio Chino en Mexico. and so on, its just that the main multimedia stream industry in the states show only what they want and most of the times keep americans ignorant of the world they live in. being mexican in NOT a race, just a nationality

  • nice comment about italians only being in staten island and jersey in the usa. thats funny because i'm from detroit. nice try though. if you italians from italy and italian-argentines want to badmouth italian-americans any more, just remember that our country could conquer your land and enslave you in about 48 hours.

  • but more italians went to south america

    ITALIANS

    Brazil- 25,000,000

Argentina- 18,000,000 (50% of the population)

USA- 16,000,000 (only 5% of the population)

    Uruguay 1,500,000 ( 45% of the population)

The world is a bad copy of Italy

  • c'hai proprio ragione!!!semo li mejo...abbiamo solo un difetto....siamo troppo divisi....cmq VIVA L'ITALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • O' paisano, ma cos'è questo? Odio nazionalismo. Va' a dire questo ai greci se vuoi parlare dell'origine della civiltà!

  • and no one cares

  • u all suck fighting over some italy video! lmfaol!!! get a job u losers.

  • Spiacente, film sbagliato

  • Questo è un imbarazzo alla cultura italiana ... non siete italiani veri

  • lol at you Italian-Americans....Your not Italian unless you were born in Italy, or an Italian citizen...No one gives a shit where your family is from...Fake ass....come to Italy and we will spit in your face!!!!!!!!! Same goes for you "italians" in Argentina!!

  • lol spit in ur face?? listen u guido ur ultras in italy are a bunch of pussies...argentinians love italy because here 50% of the population is of italian origin/descent

...I live in jersey and REAL italians are on my cock because im from argentina

2)u said fake ass? how can i be fake if my grandparents are from calabria? my last name lissidini..my first name is emiliano

WHAT THE HELL IS UR NAME U FUKING GUIDOS JOHN,VINNY,FRANK??LOL I LAUGH! I LAUGH

  • wait so real italians are on your cock b/c your from argentina? People in italy wish they were argentian, but your living in America...so what your saying is Italy & Argentina sucks... doesn't make any sense

  • Lol, last time I checked, people in Argentina were still dancing the Tarantella and singing Va Pensiero. I'll have to call up Lissidini and apologize when people in Italy emulate any custom whatsoever from Argentina. I'm banking on that call not happening.

  • lol so ur saying its not good for italian americans to be proud of their italian heritage? not everyone stays in one place. we came to america for opportunities that simply werent available in italy 100 yrs ago. so we hear about a place of freedom? why not go to it? we owe it to ourselves and family. and if u hate italian ameircans soo bad did u really take the time to search for it on youtube just to hate on us? lol niceeee

  • nobody is saying don't be proud of your heritage, but your heritage is not who you are! "Italian Americans" think being italian is mafia movies & pizzeria style food. people from italy hate that shit, it makes us look bad. Your family is so proud to be italian, but they left the country!

  • I agree with you...guidos act like jerks not like Italians

  • It makes people from Italy look bad? How do you think the Camorra in Naples allowing garbage to be piled on the street 30 feet high makes Italians look? For reasons like this, we came to America. We are still as closely related to you as someone in Italy. I agree, it's annoying when someone worships bad aspects of the culture, the mob for example....

  • But many are proud of their heritage for the good things Italians brought over here. Little Italy. The food. The famous Italians who have done great things with art and entertainment etc. distendasi, sia felice, siamo italiani, vivendo attraverso l'oceano, buona coltura, dall'Italia, è qui con noi.

  • Sorry if that didn't make any sense, lol. I'm not very good at Italian, I tried as best I could. My grandparents were supposed to teach me Italian, but they died when I was very young, and my mom moved here very young and she was only taught English. I tried!

  • My family left Sicily in 1950 bc they couldn't afford to pay off the mafia and their farm was taken in the land reform. I am sure other people have similar stories. It wasnt because they wanted to leave, it was because they got screwed by the "government"

  • I agree. The sterotypes just make us seem inferior (losers, criminals and bafoons). I am proud of every Italian American inventor, medical professionals and artists and educators. That is what makes us individual, not stereotypes. I am second gen, but always consider myself American - I have never been to Italy and not really apologetic about it. I am a happy person, too. Americans do forget that they have an American Culture.

  • WTF? Stereotypes like that are the REASON I love Italian-Americans! Freaking LOVE Gangter films! XD

Italian Americans have done other great things too, but if you think this makes you look bad, stop bitching. I was born in a country that probably has the most importation of Cocain, and isn't really known for much else *rolls eyes*

  • First of all, that you perceive my post as some one who is "bitching" is reflective of not being able to understand people's diiverse experiences. I think you may be the one putting emotion into it (i.e. WTF?).

It's all in what you choose to be in your life and everyone is free to develop whatever sensibilities that make them comfortable.

  • Diverse experiances? Dude, be happy at what you are since, I for one, would LOVE to be Italian and it pisses me off reading continuing post from Italian Americans who are ungrateful for it just because of stupid gangster stereotypes. Give me a break....

  • You are projecting a false idea on me - I am extrememly proud of who I am.You are the one saying I am not happy.Think about it. Accept reality and learn how to accept people's experiences. They're all diferent. And I am not the one with the word "vicious" in my name.

  • >>>And I am not the one with the word "vicious" in my name.

    Hmmm....good comeback.

  • @AstringOfPoloponies i agree with you in most part. the only thing i'll say to you is that. is ok you feel like an american but you also have to feel Italian N bee proud of that. cause italians are the coolest European. n have so many things to be proud. if i were you if people ask what are you. i'll say im italian american. not just american

  • It is a shame that people say that you need to born in Italy to be Italian. Who thinks like this is " proprio un stupido idiota". Could be an Arabic or a Japanese, be an Italian just because he born in Italy? If you, that wrote this stupid thing, would have a son in Congo, Africa, so He would be African not a Italian? You are a shame for Italy, and you are really an Idiot!

  • ^^^agreed

  • Thank for video my father Italian American and I love Italians

  • is this all italian americans are good for is being in a criminal families that hurts others for personal gain shame

  • italian americans are NOT italian...the only people that are the closest to italians and the culture is ARGENTINA...55% of Argentina is ITALIAN...u italian americans are a disgrace to the italian culture..you might want to take a trip to buenos aires if u want to meet REAL ITALIANS

  • lissi ur probably not even italian, i am so sick of people who arent italian goin around talkin shit about italians, why dont u mind ur own fuckin business?i am italian american because my parents were grew up in italy and i have been there many times. so am i a disgrace to italians? i dont think so. and what the fuck are u talkin about argetnia for? nobody fuckin cares! why dont u get the fuck outta here and stop searchin for italian shit on the internet if u hate it so much

  • haha what a moron im an Italo-Argentine...yet ur that fucking stupid to even know there are more italians in argentina than the USA..u fucking typical guido ..read a history book and find out where all the italians went to...u dumb fuk

  • ok cool but u are under a post about italian americans for what reason??? listen, u need to get YOUr facts straight before you start talkin out of your ass. italians went all over not just to usa or argentina, capito?for ex. canada, australia, england.... and im not a fuckin guido i am an american born italian because both my parents were born in italy and came here in the 80s,

  • so i really dont care if your argetnie or italian or whatever u want to call urself, ur prally like a 4th generation argentia who thinks there italian. so you need to stop talkin shit because alls it is doin is showin how jealous yu are of italians, ok buddy?

  • listen u "ignorant" guido..first of all italians did go to (canada, england, australia, usa) BUT not as much as ARGENTINA

    Italian People

    Brazil-25 million

ARGENTINA-19 million and also the highest concentration

USA-16 million and usa population is 250 million

third u guidos only exist in staten island and jersey ..WHILE in Argentina its the whole country...

GET UR FACTS STRAIGHT u guido CUS THE ONLY U GOT STRAIGHT IS UR GAY SPIKY HAIR...SOOO ITALIAN CHE BOLUDO!

  • again...u are under a post about italian americans for what reason??

im rollin on the floor over here u understand. this is funny to me

  • that u guidos have a shit culture...and u guidos will never be more italian than an ARGENTINE U SCUM...haha

  • lol

  • i been reading all your posts and i cant understand what your point is. ur cooler than the rest of us? haha

  • so i really dont care if your argetnie or italian or whatever u want to call urself, ur prally like a 4th generation argentia who thinks there italian. you need to stop talkin shit for no reason, alls it is doin is showin how jealous you are of italians, ok buddy?

  • damn im good

  • what the hell is your problem?

  • the problem is that lissi is havin trouble realizin that he is argentinian, look at his commment, does it make any sense. 'you will never be more italian than an argetine scum' now does that make any sense? how can an argetine scum, be italian? i dont know its just not makin sense to me.

  • u dumb fuk..I said italian argentinians are MORE italian than "italian-americans" culturally,personality,ect...neeech is a dumb fuking guido

UR IGNORANT MEANING U IGNORE THE FACT THAT ARGENTINA HAS MORE ITALIANS THAN IN THE USA..don't talk like if argentina doesn't have italians..we have more than americans and were 2nd 3rd generation...now go put gel on ur gay spiky hair

  • listen guy, this is goin to be my last post becus u are a fucking idiot. i dont give a flying fuck if argetina has more italians than usa or less italians than usa this is not the fuckin point here. the point is U said that italian americans are not italian and that "real italians from buenos aires" look down on us. and i beg to differ because i am not a 2nd generation or a 3rd generation, i am a first generation italian american and again u are under a post about italian americans.got it?

  • I know im on a post of italian americans...my point was clear I just came on here to let out the facts...because one the majority of italian americans in this country are third generation italians and two there as many 1rst generations in argentina than in the usa

"guidos" arent italians there 4rth generation italians who think there italian..speak perfect english..and luv baseball

    read and learn

    FORZA ARGENTINA FORZA ITALIA

  • okay

  • Lissidini why don't you simply be proud to be Argentinian with an Italian background and recognize that there are millions of Americans, Australians & Canadians who also have Italian backgrounds. Some possibly with roots from the same town as you or your parents. I live in NY and am 2nd gen, have many 1st gen and Italian born friends & family here. Many of us speak Italian. How are you somehow more "Italian" than us?

  • because 1) we LOVE soccer 2) italians are very passionate people and so are we 3) WE HAVE MORE ITALIAN/ORIGIN and thats a fact 18 million compared to USA 16 million...im also 2nd generation..and believe it or not the highest concentrations outside of italy is URUGUAY 1,500,000 and their population is 3 million...

  • lol at you Italian-Americans....Your not Italian unless you were born in Italy, or an Italian citizen...No one gives a shit where your family is from...Fake ass....come to Italy and we will spit in your face!!!!!!!!! Same goes for you "italians" in Argentina!!

  • the number of italian background in uruguay is the same as canada and australia

  • jesus christ thank you. i couldnt have said it better than that cgeo.

  • If you want to meet REAL ITALIANS, go to Roma or Venezia, not that shithole known as Buenos Aires. You spit upon your own blood when you insult the descendents of your own people. And, BTW, your snobbery is a purely Argentininean phenomenon.

  • Your not italian if you were born in America & speak english. Your American! Actual italians from Italy, don't look at you as italian. They beleive your beneath them. And thats where your so "proud" to be from. Italy has never done anything for you, and the only reason why you have respect is from American movies!

  • this is in response to SCREWHIPPIES comment : dont be mad cus ur family didnt come from italy, you cant help it, just like we cant help that were from italy, so instead of goin around saying o ur not realy irish cus u were born in america or o ur not really german cus u were born in america, we are proud of where are family comes from and you should be too, you shouldnt be going around talkin about italians like this, its really pathetic man. the point is ur never going to be italian

  • Thank God that you posted this video. I love Italians. My boyfriend is Italian and i am half Italian. I know alot of people who still think all italians are mafia related. It annoys me so much. what makes it worse is my father and his mother and father come from corleone in sicily. Everyone Imediatly Thinks about the godfather films which may i say are amazing but anyway its nice that not everyone is hating on italians.

    Fiero essere italiano

  • FINALLY, A YOU TUBE MESSAGE THAT DOESNT BASH ITALIANS. THERE IS A BARRAGE OF "GUIDO" VIDEOS THAT ENGENDER CONTEMPT TOWARDS ITALIAN AMERICANS, THIS IS

MORE THAN JUST A REFRESHING CHANGE, THIS IS A DEMONSTRATION OF PRIDE THAT IS AS HONORABLE AS THE ITALIAN HIMSELF. To be Italian is like recieving a life long gift from God. We are a minority in the world. Lets stick together. Auguri, un fratello Italiano...

  • I love being Italian. Great stars like Al Pacino and Robert Deniro.

  • im damn proud to be half italian!

  • Which part of Italy did your family come from? Mine came from Naples. Damn straight, proud of your Italian heritage I'm proud to be Italian-American also.

  • My family came from Guasto, it's in Molise

  • How much Italian are you?

  • Italia primo di tutto...

  • Thanks for your video. I'm Italian, born in Milano and I live in UK. Proudly Italian, thanks Michael. Cheers. :)

  • this is a very good clip and provides a very positive and unifying message.

moreover, we Italians are all sorrowfull for 9/11 and all the people who lost their life on that cursed day. May them rest in peace.

    We support US

  • We support the US, but not Bush like the video says. All Italians I know are anti-war, esp. the ones who saw World War 2 in action, like my grandmother in Italy. but yea, this vid still makes me proud to be Italian.

  • Personally I don't support Bush, I'm a libertarian. But I'd be glad if the next US president were Rudy Giuliani. Economically conservative, socially liberal, law & order supporter: the right mix ;-)

  • Viva l'Italia Viva l'Italia!

  • That intro is also to see in the Simpsons Episode with "Johnny Tightlips" - very funny

  • Love It!!1

  • sono orgloglioso di essere italiano =D

  • well done, this was amazing to watch! I wish the majority of Italians would have emigrated here to Scotland and made our country as beautiful as you's did america. america on it's on is plain BORING, but Italian American makes everything seem a little more interesting, because you's have a tale to tell. Just like the Jewish people perhaps?

  • ilmf1981, I deeply appreciate your comment, with which I completely agree. But I believe that part of the reason (if not most) that Italians have been cohesive and visible, especially before the 80's, is not only out of genuine pride and familial bonds that are strong among Italians, but also because we were faced with incredible odds in our adopted land. During the hey day of immigration, the government deemed Italians as "undesireables".

  • PROUD TO BE ITALIAN

  • Love it.

  • Well put and really interesting !!!
