@ralstond933 mm improvements within a week, consistent results after a month and a half. You got to be patient. People who use three step systems battle with their acne constantly because the face washes only fix the external problem. The real problem is internal though, so you have to keep strengthening and cleansing your body. God knows most of the food we eat is terrible for our internal health. Hope that answered your question!
@ralstond933 Haha, I think I did it the best I could lol which quite honestly I think I did a terrible job. He tells you to repeat it a few times, which I didn't. Probably should of but one was enough for me.
Hey man, I confused as to how to start this programme I need help!!:( and after I'm done with this will I be able to take protein supplements? Will it effect my skin?
@ralstond933 Yes you will be able to (supplements). And you just have to take your time and take notes as you read through the book. He gives you all the instructions but sometimes in parts so you have to take notes.
It used to be really bad and accutane got rid of my cystic and deep pimples, but i still get pimples every week. They arent big, but they always leave marks. So those marks add up and take months to go away. Its really depressing. I mean i am more than willing to follow the program, but is there anything i can do to keep my normal protein and calorie intake ?? Since my acne is mild, is it absolutely necessary i follow the diet plan EXACTLY ? Get back to me thanks.
@Jbull334 Don't use Accutane again man, it's really bad for you. If you have really oily skin go with the natural alternative Vilantae but don't use Accutane. For your marks I would use Zenmed's scar solution btw. And following the plan exactly... mmm I'm not even sure I did EXACTLY lol. It's a lot to take in. But just do what you can. It can only help. The system is a REALLY powerful cleansing and more so if you do just some of it I'm sure you'll at least see some results.
Hey man, i read previous comments about weight lifting while doing the program. I REALLY don't want to lose weight. In fact im looking at gaining some weight. Honestly i really don't eat unhealthy at all and i drink lots of water. I just don't want to give up my protein intake because i want to continue to build muscle, not alot, just keep a nice athletic build with a six pack. I am completely motivated to try this program, just worried about losing weight and muscle. get back to me thanks.
@Jbull334 What's up bud, I had the same worry. But for me, my acne was bad enough for me to give up lifting weights for two months. It was worth it for me in the end. I lost some weight but I gained it back really quickly afterwards. (20+ lbs) In the end, it's a decision you have to make you know. Is your acne bad enough to not care losing a few pounds or is it ok?

do you have to read the whole entire book before figuring out how to apply it to your daily routine or can you do it as you are reading? I am on page 41 right now and I havent actually seen a way to apply it to my lifestyle instead I am just being informed about a bunch of different things. What did you do read the book and then apply it and is it easy to follow it as a daily routine?
@foolforjesus3 Hey I read the whole book through first and then combed through the book in more detail, taking notes on the actions and supplies I needed. He does give you a plan although I feel it probably could be a bit more organized. With that said, take you time, really take in the information. This is about actually curing your acne and nothing worth having is that quick a fix. Don't feel overwhelmed. Eat the elephant one bite at a time. Hope that helps!
@acnenomorereviewed. Did you end up having to spend a lot of money on the supplies you needed? It is becoming very overwhelming to me....are you still continually making it apart of your daily routine? Also kinda awkward and maybe to personal...but I saw in the guideline program something about doing a 3 day juicing and enemas is that something you did? I am not too familiar with enemas enough to know what it is but wondering if thats something you absolutely have to do!
@foolforjesus3 1) Not really. Most of the supplies I already had in my house. Whatever the case, think about it this way. We spend hundreds of dollars on clothes without a second thought but we wouldn't spend less than a hundred dollars on our skin which we wear everyday? 2) No I am not. I eat junk food here and there. I don't drink my detox tea all the time. But I really became a lot more aware of eating and living healthy after the program so I do look out to drink more juice and eat veggies
@acnenomorereviewed (cont.) eat veggies and wash my face with tea tree oil soap, etc. I just follow the basic guidelines now a days and I don't have any real problems. Maybe a pimple here and there but it's an absolute joke compared to before. 3) No I did not do the enemas, I just drank a lot of fiber. The juicing I definitely did. Felt great. You have great mental clarity and you feel really clean inside. The truth is our society eats way too much meat. Hope this helped!
@acnenomorereviewed going to such an extreme measure and not being able to follow it all the time and then breaking out even worse or something along those lines ya know? Sorry for all the questions I just am new to all this and it is so much to take in. If you wouldnt mind would you be okay with emailing me some of the things you did because I feel like I am reading so much info but not having a step by step on what kind of products I need and what
@acnenomorereviewed exactly it is I need to eat and in what order and I am just feeling overwhelmed and confused. If you are okay with emailing me let me know and I can give you my email. I also saw that there are several supplements you need to take like a dozen a day and that just seems like so much...and spendy too! Did you do all of those? Last questions for the evening, sorry!!! : )
@foolforjesus3 don't worry about it. I'm happy to help. Inbox me your email if anything. But just so you know, I'm speaking from my personal experience so I can't claim you'll get the same results as me. But basically I followed the system the best I could. I felt overwhelmed and I just took it a step at a time. I definitely didn't do everything perfectly. It took my like half an hour to make my first face wash. But you know what, it doesn't matter if you do it perfectly, just keep doing what
@acnenomorereviewed you can. Read the book through once. And then read it again and take notes on the supplies you need and the action steps you need to take. Don't try and make sure everything is perfect before you start. Simply start. Remember the key to the program is to cleanse your body and strengthen your internal system. As for my detox tea (any kind will do just ask your local health store. I switched around).
@acnenomorereviewed As for my personal experience, all I know is I followed the system the best that I could and damnit it was really overwhelming in the beginning. It felt like I would spend so much time following the system and since the results aren't immediate, I was definitely discouraged at times. But I kept on and let me tell you, it was so damn worth it. Now a days I literally wake up and rinse my face with water and maybe wash with tea tree soap and my results stayed.
@acnenomorereviewed It's been over two years since I completed the system. The way I saw it was I was going to be in "pain" anyways. Either a) I waited and hoped that my skin would get better or b) I dealt with my feelings of discouragement and overwhelm and follow the system. Did that help ?
@acnenomorereviewed Thank you for all that info I really do appreciate it. Well I asked about the enemas because Mike says in the acne no more program you have to do all of it to get the results and not just pick and choose and do part of it but that is something I have never done and am kind of skeptical about. Along with the juicing did you also do the cleansing? And if you don't mind me asking what detox tea were you using? I am in the hundreds now still havent started the process but feeling
@acnenomorereviewed overwhelmed at all the info I am taking in. I don't think I will be able to just to the acne no more program for the rest of my life or for a long long time thats why I asked if you still apply it to your life and since you said you eat junk food too but also incorporate veggies I wanted to know if going to such an extreme measure of detoxing you body and then bringing junk food back into your body shows negative results. That is what I was afraid of I guess
I just purchased this ebook. In highschool I never really had to struggle with acne but now that I am in my 20's I find myself getting a few pimples at a time. I do not have severe acne but do you think this book would still be good for me? Another thing I struggle with is my immune system is very weak so I thought by following this holistic program it could help build that up and my over all well being. Also I see this book is over 200 pages...
@TessieLicious1 Yes the book will tell you what materials you need to get. Most of the things are already in your house for example, baking soda. Hope that helped
just two question.. does it cure scars too? and do you have to read the Whole book cuz what it looks like he also talks about his story when he had acne and my goal right now is to cure my acne after im done i might read what i didnt read so if you dont have to read all of it what pages are the most important? plz reply :)
@drizzywitdabigdizzy To be really honest, I think the whole book is really important. Haha sorry for the bad answer. But seriously you should read the whole book except maybe the scar treatments for after your acne is cured. I read the whole book through once to get the whole picture and then went back through it more carefully while taking notes on what I had to do.
OMG , i am so unlucky , i am suffering of acne for about 3 years . Since i was 12 :c I have scars and pimples and blackheads etc , and i know i would be BEAUTIFUL with a clear skin but with a skin like mine i look like a dog :'c
By the way , i said i am unlucky cose i'm portuguese (europe) sooo i can't buy this and there aint no website that gives this for free , so i guess i'll die with acne ? gosh , im so unlucky i want to KILL myself geeeesh :'c
Hey you seem objective regarding to this program, so I have a couple of question I hope u will answer. I like training with weights and in order to grow muscle u need to eat a whole lot of foods like fish, chicken, nuts, fruits, pasta, rice, potatoes etc. I don't suffer badly from acne just a little, nothing that hurts my self esteem but will I be able to cure it completely while training and eating this way?
@dksteven1 I had the same issue Dksteven1. The system required me to follow a certain diet plan during the two months. Because of this, I stopped lifting as intensely and just did pushups and what not during that time because my calorie intake didn't justify me beating up my body at the gym. I began lifting hard again after I finished the program and started eating "normally" again. Did that answer your question?
@danny16jaimes Hey Danny, most of your questions esp. number two is answered in the second website link in the video description (acnenomore-reviews [dot] org) (too much to type into just a comment). But to give a quick answer: 1. They email you a url to a download page + a password (because the document is password protected) 2. It took about 1 month and a half for my skin to really clear up and consistently stay that way. Read my detailed experience at acnenomore-reviews [dot] org
@danny16jaimes bro really your first question. he had a PDF, they obviously sent via internet to his computer, plus he had to go on the internet to do the password thing. just so you know. and bro i can't help with the next question cause I'm thinking of getting it to. though i want a physical book not digital.
@shizum322 Yes according to page 231 (which I obviously never read haha) it says "you should always oil-free water-based makeup products...etc." Then it gives two ground rules for applying make up to acne-prone skin. So answer: Yes lol Hope that helps
@acnenomorereviewed oh ok thank you!!! and another ques... i bought the book yesterday and started reading it. but i dont get what im suppose to do... like there are so many plans in the book, am i suppose to do all of it? its really confusing what to start on cuz it doesnt really say what order you have to do it. it just explains the plans. (sorry for the bad explanaition) what did you do on the first day when you started? like what did you eat, what time did you sleep, what excersize...etc?
@shizum322 Hey shizum322 don't stress ! =] haha. Yes it is a little bit overwhelming at first but take your time. It's not important that you do it perfect at the beginning it's just important to start. Read the book through, take notes, and then start at the most logical place. He provides starting instructions if I remember correctly. I'm going to inbox you some quick action steps to start doing immediately while you're reading through the book! Hope they help. Excited for you!
@marvelvscapcom2ify a) It worked very well for me so yes I recommend it. But be prepared for a small learning curve i.e. reading the book, learning how to make the skincare regimen and following the diet. b) the actions the book has you take are safe. It's based on cleansing and strengthening your internal health. c) It's not a scam. It's actually not possible for them to scam you because their vendor "Clickbank" offers a money back guarantee. (Clickbank has done over a billion dollars in sales)
Hi! Thanks for this review. Its a lot great info. Do you own the dvds for this system? is it worth it getting the dvds with the ebook ? or is the ebook enough by itself?
@monalisalt Thanks for the kind words =] Glad it was helpful. I only had the ebook so I don't know if it's necessary or not. But in retrospect I probably should have because making some of the natural skincare regimens drove me nuts because I had a hard time visualizing if what I was doing was correct. I forget what the dvds show but if they show you how to make the skin care regimens then yes I think that would be very helpful for you.
@acnenomorereviewed Is this a scam bro? honestly? im in early 20's and i still got enough acne to piss me off crazy amounts! i was sooooo close to asking for (ro) accutane (im in the uk etc) but the side's scare the shit out of me!
dont wanna sound all sceptical etc but you only got 1 video, and your name is acnenomorereviewed etc seems the sort of thing where its paid marketing type of thing (dont wanna offend if not, im just sceptical about EVERYTHING skin related :(

@livelaughlove16ish Bad enough that I'd avoid looking into the car mirror real close in the sunlight. Bad enough that I've said "wtf I just don't get it. This sh** is never going to go away." Bad enough to feel self conscious every time people got really close. Bad enough to avoid bright fluorescent lights and even being in the sunlight at one point. Hope this gives you hope my friend. Like seriously, just follow the system as close as possible! It seriously works! Good luck
agreed that diet is the main cause of acne.. i found that whenever i eat sweets, potato chips or oily stuff, i will get acne. After i reduce my intake of these foods, i managed to get my acne controlled.. agreed that acne cream is only useful in curing the spot, but wouldn't get rid of acne
Okay, I don't understand this product at all? Reading the book heals your skin? Or is there like directions there that teach you how to get rid of it?
@syazany97 many of the ingredients/supplements I already had in my house but I still had to go buy some others. To be honest, I don't even remember the price (whether it was expensive or cheap). My whole thought process was that I wear my skin everyday, so spending the money to get the right supplements didn't feel expensive at all. Hope that helps?
@Cinnomonstic As for skincare I basically just wash my face with water and lotion liberally. Someone told me moisturized skin is healthy skin and it's definitely true. And I use Zenmed's microdermabrasion complex once a week. That's pretty much it. Hope that helped!
@Cinnomonstic Thank you =] Great question. And uh definitely not (haha). This said, nowadays after going through the system I am just more conscious of what I'm eating and not eating. I do my best to drink as much good juices as possible. Usually drink a few V8 vegetable juices every couple days. Take my vitamins, probiotics, enzymes and fiber. (I found a great line of them.)
So you were successful without taking the "candigest plus", cause its too expensive. So what kind of garlic pills do you take, i had some too but I ran out and they were expired?
@daniellegravelle Hey lol. The book is a digital ebook and it's delivered to your inbox. There's no physical book to be delivered. Why are you looking to have it delivered to your home?
@syazany97 It requires you to buy a few things. From the top of my head I can remember it being around 5 things. But most of these items you already have in your kitchen for example (baking soda)
I can understand your concern! I wouldn't worry about the enema too much. (I didn't do it hehe, it was out of comfort zone and budget to be honest. Although I did find out you can get inexpensive enema kits at your local walgreens or CVS.) If you can do it, I would suggest it because chances are it will help you achieve even faster results (Mike definitely knows what he is talking about) but...
@utube16027 ...(continued response). But as an alternative I went to my local health store (Google search for one near you) and bought a colon cleanser mix. I just drank a ton of that. It worked for me :-) If you have any trouble finding a colon cleansing mix let me know, I'll go and find out the exact brand I used again. Hope this helps and good luck! You're on your way =] Just stay disciplined these two months!
hey man, thanks for posting. quick question: does this system ask you to change ur diet (like be more vegan, less meat and eat more organic and raw fruits and vegetables)? does it recommend brands of products u should use? does it recommend to use benzoyl peroxide or it recommends to use more natural topical medications? and how long did it take u to see d result? thanks. hope u reply! i'll appreciate it very much.
(1) The system does require you change your diet at times during the two month system. Definitely more vegetables and juices. Different diet plans will be provided at different times during the system. None of the diets are bad but you will obviously need to be disciplined to follow them, as with any diet. The good part is that you do not need to be that strict with your diet after the two months and still maintain your results. I eat fast foods occasionally and I'm fine
(2) No it does not recommend brands of products you should use (for the most part). It teaches you how to create natural remedies which btw is 10x better. There's a small learning curve to creating these remedies but to me it was definitely worth the effort on my part. And no it definitely does not recommend to use benzoyl peroxide. That stuff MESSES your skin up!
It took me about a month and a half to see significant results. You can read about my experience in more detail by visiting the site in the video description. Hope this helps!
@TupaSerban I'm glad I helped =] If you want to read my experience more in depth feel free to check out the site in the video description. On that site, you can also take advantage of the exclusive Acne No More Bonus
Thanks for the answer.I would have just a few questions if you dont mind:
1.How bad was your acne before?
2.The system requires you go to bed on a fixed hour and wake up on a fixed hour or to sleep a certain number of hours per night?
3.Let's say I finished the system and I have a clear skin. What should I do next to keep my skin in this position?Continue with the program and change my lifestyle forever or you can slip here and there a little bit?
@TupaSerban 1. In short: It was bad. It was bad enough that so many members of my friends and family commented on it. It was bad enough that at a time I didn't even want to get close to the mirror as crazy as that sounds. I remember looking close up once and just sighing... Like "damn is this *sh**" ever going to go away". And at that time I had a few acne scars too, so that definitely did not help my morale.
@TupaSerban 3. After finishing the system, your inner system should be cleansed, detoxed, and strong. I have been able to sustain my results for well over a year now. What I do is: drink detox tea regularly. Make a conscious effort to drink lots of V8 (vegetable juice) and exfoliate every Sunday. And to answer your last question, you can definitely slip here or there lol. I go to college and I definitely "slip" here or there in terms of healthy eating, lifestyle, and living habits.
@starzhorsezandmakeup Hey, I have actually been off the system for over a year now (I followed the system January 2010). In all honesty, I don't have any trouble with acne breakouts anymore after completing the system. All I do to maintain now is follow loosely the principles in the book when I choose what foods to eat, wash my face with a NIVEA face wash only at night, and exfoliate with Zenmed's microdermabrasion complex once a week.) Hope this helps!
After how long into the system did you notice a difference?

I don't think I will be able to just to the acne no more program for the rest of my life or for a long long time thats why I asked if you still apply it to your life and since you said you eat junk food too but also incorporate veggies I wanted to know if going to such an extreme measure of detoxing you body and then bringing junk food back into your body shows negative results. That is what I was afraid of I guess
foolforjesus3 1 month ago
I just purchased this ebook. In highschool I never really had to struggle with acne but now that I am in my 20's I find myself getting a few pimples at a time. I do not have severe acne but do you think this book would still be good for me? Another thing I struggle with is my immune system is very weak so I thought by following this holistic program it could help build that up and my over all well being. Also I see this book is over 200 pages...
foolforjesus3 1 month ago
does the book say that you have to buy some specific products? :)
TessieLicious1 1 month ago
@TessieLicious1 Yes the book will tell you what materials you need to get. Most of the things are already in your house for example, baking soda. Hope that helped

just two question.. does it cure scars too? and do you have to read the Whole book cuz what it looks like he also talks about his story when he had acne and my goal right now is to cure my acne after im done i might read what i didnt read so if you dont have to read all of it what pages are the most important? plz reply :)
drizzywitdabigdizzy 1 month ago
@drizzywitdabigdizzy To be really honest, I think the whole book is really important. Haha sorry for the bad answer. But seriously you should read the whole book except maybe the scar treatments for after your acne is cured. I read the whole book through once to get the whole picture and then went back through it more carefully while taking notes on what I had to do.

Hey you seem objective regarding to this program, so I have a couple of question I hope u will answer. I like training with weights and in order to grow muscle u need to eat a whole lot of foods like fish, chicken, nuts, fruits, pasta, rice, potatoes etc. I don't suffer badly from acne just a little, nothing that hurts my self esteem but will I be able to cure it completely while training and eating this way?
dksteven1 2 months ago
@dksteven1 I had the same issue Dksteven1. The system required me to follow a certain diet plan during the two months. Because of this, I stopped lifting as intensely and just did pushups and what not during that time because my calorie intake didn't justify me beating up my body at the gym. I began lifting hard again after I finished the program and started eating "normally" again. Did that answer your question?

Hey man Just wondering i am about to buy this book ,and i have A few questions,
1- When you buy it Do they ship it You ?
2- In how long do You start to see the Differences In your skin?
Thank You & i hope you Replay.
danny16jaimes 2 months ago
@danny16jaimes Hey Danny, most of your questions esp. number two is answered in the second website link in the video description (acnenomore-reviews [dot] org) (too much to type into just a comment). But to give a quick answer: 1. They email you a url to a download page + a password (because the document is password protected) 2. It took about 1 month and a half for my skin to really clear up and consistently stay that way. Read my detailed experience at acnenomore-reviews [dot] org
acnenomorereviewed 2 months ago
@danny16jaimes bro really your first question. he had a PDF, they obviously sent via internet to his computer, plus he had to go on the internet to do the password thing. just so you know. and bro i can't help with the next question cause I'm thinking of getting it to. though i want a physical book not digital.

hey man does coffee cause acne ?
syazany97 2 months ago
@syazany97 Not a big cause but caffeine is generally bad because it gets your hormones out of wack which IS a cause of acne.

do you know if you can put makeup on daily during this system? or is it better not to?
shizum322 2 months ago
@shizum322 Yes according to page 231 (which I obviously never read haha) it says "you should always oil-free water-based makeup products...etc." Then it gives two ground rules for applying make up to acne-prone skin. So answer: Yes lol Hope that helps
acnenomorereviewed 2 months ago
@acnenomorereviewed oh ok thank you!!! and another ques... i bought the book yesterday and started reading it. but i dont get what im suppose to do... like there are so many plans in the book, am i suppose to do all of it? its really confusing what to start on cuz it doesnt really say what order you have to do it. it just explains the plans. (sorry for the bad explanaition) what did you do on the first day when you started? like what did you eat, what time did you sleep, what excersize...etc?
shizum322 2 months ago
@shizum322 Hey shizum322 don't stress ! =] haha. Yes it is a little bit overwhelming at first but take your time. It's not important that you do it perfect at the beginning it's just important to start. Read the book through, take notes, and then start at the most logical place. He provides starting instructions if I remember correctly. I'm going to inbox you some quick action steps to start doing immediately while you're reading through the book! Hope they help. Excited for you!

would you recommended giving this book to anyone? and is it safe to buy not a scam?
marvelvscapcom2ify 2 months ago
@marvelvscapcom2ify a) It worked very well for me so yes I recommend it. But be prepared for a small learning curve i.e. reading the book, learning how to make the skincare regimen and following the diet. b) the actions the book has you take are safe. It's based on cleansing and strengthening your internal health. c) It's not a scam. It's actually not possible for them to scam you because their vendor "Clickbank" offers a money back guarantee. (Clickbank has done over a billion dollars in sales)

Hi! Thanks for this review. Its a lot great info. Do you own the dvds for this system? is it worth it getting the dvds with the ebook ? or is the ebook enough by itself?
monalisalt 2 months ago
@monalisalt Thanks for the kind words =] Glad it was helpful. I only had the ebook so I don't know if it's necessary or not. But in retrospect I probably should have because making some of the natural skincare regimens drove me nuts because I had a hard time visualizing if what I was doing was correct. I forget what the dvds show but if they show you how to make the skin care regimens then yes I think that would be very helpful for you.

How bad was your acne? and did it give you completely clear skin?
livelaughlove16ish 2 months ago

After i reduce my intake of these foods, i managed to get my acne controlled.. agreed that acne cream is only useful in curing the spot, but wouldn't get rid of acne

hey acne no more does require some supplements right? so does all the supplements is expensive?
syazany97 4 months ago
@syazany97 many of the ingredients/supplements I already had in my house but I still had to go buy some others. To be honest, I don't even remember the price (whether it was expensive or cheap). My whole thought process was that I wear my skin everyday, so spending the money to get the right supplements didn't feel expensive at all. Hope that helps?
acnenomorereviewed 4 months ago
@Cinnomonstic As for skincare I basically just wash my face with water and lotion liberally. Someone told me moisturized skin is healthy skin and it's definitely true. And I use Zenmed's microdermabrasion complex once a week. That's pretty much it. Hope that helped!
acnenomorereviewed 5 months ago
@Cinnomonstic Thank you =] Great question. And uh definitely not (haha). This said, nowadays after going through the system I am just more conscious of what I'm eating and not eating. I do my best to drink as much good juices as possible. Usually drink a few V8 vegetable juices every couple days. Take my vitamins, probiotics, enzymes and fiber. (I found a great line of them.)

@syazany97 It requires you to buy a few things. From the top of my head I can remember it being around 5 things. But most of these items you already have in your kitchen for example (baking soda)

just got the ebook and am very exicted. except for the dailly enema part. did you have to do that or is there a better alternative?
utube16027 7 months ago
@utube16027 Hey utube16027,
I can understand your concern!

Hope this helps and good luck! hey man, thanks for posting. quick question: does this system ask you to change ur diet (like be more vegan, less meat and eat more organic and raw fruits and vegetables)? does it recommend brands of products u should use? does it recommend to use benzoyl peroxide or it recommends to use more natural topical medications? and how long did it take u to see d result? thanks. hope u reply! i'll appreciate it very much.

@zhian23 Hey zhian23,
(1) The system does require you change your diet at times during the two month system. Definitely more vegetables and juices. Different diet plans will be provided at different times during the system. None of the diets are bad but you will obviously need to be disciplined to follow them, as with any diet. The good part is that you do not need to be that strict with your diet after the two months and still maintain your results. I eat fast foods occasionally and I'm fine
acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
@zhian23
That stuff MESSES your skin up!
acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
@zhian23
It took me about a month and a half to see significant results. You can read about my experience in more detail by visiting the site in the video description. Hope this helps!

acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
Thanks for the answer.I would have just a few questions if you dont mind:
1.How bad was your acne before?
2.The system requires you go to bed on a fixed hour and wake up on a fixed hour or to sleep a certain number of hours per night?
3.Let's say I finished the system and I have a clear skin. What should I do next to keep my skin in this position?Continue with the program and change my lifestyle forever or you can slip here and there a little bit?
TupaSerban 8 months ago
@TupaSerban 1. In short: It was bad. It was bad enough that so many members of my friends and family commented on it. It was bad enough that at a time I didn't even want to get close to the mirror as crazy as that sounds. I remember looking close up once and just sighing... Like "damn is this *sh**" ever going to go away". And at that time I had a few acne scars too, so that definitely did not help my morale.
acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
@TupaSerban 2. Yes the system highly recommends that you get at least 7-9 hours a sleep a night during the two month process.
acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
@TupaSerban 3. After finishing the system, your inner system should be cleansed, detoxed, and strong. I have been able to sustain my results for well over a year now. What I do is: drink detox tea regularly. Make a conscious effort to drink lots of V8 (vegetable juice) and exfoliate every Sunday. And to answer your last question, you can definitely slip here or there lol. I go to college and I definitely "slip" here or there in terms of healthy eating, lifestyle, and living habits.
acnenomorereviewed 8 months ago
How much it took you to see results?I would really apreciate an answer:)

@TupaSerban It took me about a month and a half to see really solid results. Hope that helps!

starzhorsezandmakeup 10 months ago
@starzhorsezandmakeup Hey, I have actually been off the system for over a year now (I followed the system January 2010). In all honesty, I don't have any trouble with acne breakouts anymore after completing the system. All I do to maintain now is follow loosely the principles in the book when I choose what foods to eat, wash my face with a NIVEA face wash only at night, and exfoliate with Zenmed's microdermabrasion complex once a week.) Hope this helps!
