@maxthehulk Tougher yes. I don't know about stronger. Mark Henry is olympic level strong man. Atlas was stong. Henry was a beast.

Unfortunately, Henry also has an injury-prone problem that Atlas didn't have so... There's that.

@maxthehulk Not saying Atlas is weak. Atlas was a strong guy. But alot of his muscle were show muscle. When you see pro-weight lifting guys most of them are around Mark Henry's bodyframe (big Heavy mo-fos). Henry's bent crap (A frying pan to scare M.Hardy) and tossed people around all the time (including Big Show). Henry was an olympian, and the only reason he didn't win gold one year was because he injured himself.

So again. Atlas was tougher. Henry is stronger. No doubt.

mark henry : 6'3 400 lb bench press 550-600 lb fat and heavy slow no so tough and big with fat and has not real muscles

so how he can be stronger physically

And that "real muscle" point has no real bearing. Again, Atlas' muscles are Arnold style 'show muscles'. He's a 'body builder', not a 'strong man'. His muscles look good, but in terms of raw strength theres no real comparison. When you watch a strongman competition most of them are big, burley heavyset guys.

Again, not disputing Atlas toughness. Henry is still stronger.

@Sonfaro mariusz pudzianowski won 5 times world's strongest man and he is so muscular like bodybuilder plus jon pall won 4 times and he was a bodybuilder plus bill kazmaier were muscular too and he won 3 times and there are other muscular strong men like tom magee 1180 lbs deadlift record and manfred hoeberl was muscular and lou ferrigno competed in wsm 1977 and he was a bodybuilder and franco colombo too

@maxthehulk That really doesn't affect my argument too much: most people in a strong man competition are Henry size big boys. You don't dispute it right?

But aside from that, Atlas got into the buisness long before he had a chance to really get as strong as anyone we've mentioned. He was 22 when he started wrestling. Mark didn't start wrestling training till he was 24-25.

Look, I'm NOT knocking Atlas. He was strong. But he wasn't Henry level strong.

He was however tougher.
