He probably IS lip syncing... which is fine. A lot of these types of shows (SNL, etc) which feature a musical act regularly lip sync (not all, mind you).

There are too many variables and the point is providing a good show. The artist might not be feeling 100%, they may be pressed for time, etc. Lip syncing isn't a bad thing since the original song was by Jon Secada - it's his voice, his talent.

there's no was you can tell... its a youtube video.. so the sync might be a bit out... and also.. if you haven't seen him live... then you wouldn't know if his voice sound just like the recording... cause back in the 90's etc. you needed a good voice.. there wasn't much "tweaking" and screwing around to make people sound good..

He is one of a handful of artists that when he sings his songs it is like he is singing from his heart and soul and you get goose bumps because the singing is so surreal it's totally amazing.
