I would once again like to pay tribute to Muammar Gadaffi and his family who were killed without a trial in 2011. I would like to pay tribute to ther thousands of mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, old and young of LIbya who perished in 2011 In God's memory until he executes justice on the earth. Yet a USAid delegation went to Libya and reported that their health care system was good, despite the years of sanctions. You don't have free healthcare in the US, even!! In Libya, the people were given free healthcare, and I know that is true because I know Libyan person who relied apon it, but - because of the sanctions against LIbya for many years, certain drugs and procedures were not available because drug companies come from powerful nations who imposed the sancions in the first place. A US delegation went to Libya after 2009 found their health system to be good.
